I have passed loads of these. I have them after a garlic and acv enema. I always assumed they were some kind of fluke. I will be interested to know if anyone knows the name of them. We always just referred to them as cottonballs with legs.
Yes I am much better. I had a very bad fluke, tape and Ascaris problem plus these little cotton ball things plus several other things.
I was disabled with fatigue. I have been at this parasite cleansing for almost 20 months. I kept getting reinfested from not taking a high enough maintenance dose a few times a week.
If you read through my back posts you will see what I have done.
I don't see any morphologically diagnostic features of a parasite. Probably some food cells or something that was stuck in a fold or crypt in the intestine and is comimg out as you cleanse. The reddish color could suggest large partly disintegrated flukes or someting stained with old blood.
While cleansing I have had a lot of opportunity to examine food differentiated from these foreign objects.
They always present the same, floating. The only other thing that floats is corn. I have the advantage over being able to examine closely, the bits of red you see are actually like links to a chain, they have been claimed to be eggs of some sort. I will post another picture...a better one where you can see the chains.
The body is reminiscent of a fungal organism, a fuzzy colorless body. When "new" they are more yellowish without a heavy root or chain, but if examined closely you can see the root system forming, almost hairlike. The older ones are whitish with bubbles inside the fuzz. I always thought the chains weren't eggs but a root structure to hang onto the inside of an intestinal wall. Now they could be bits of food that been stuck perhaps....that thought came to mind that perhaps I have such a toxic colon that food is growing inside of me, but then it would seem that there would be all sorts of different shapes and colors. These are so much alike and there have been so many that it does not appear to be food...
But I am no microbiologist, which is why I am asking for help. I used to be a vet technician and had to examine fecals, but in that case you are always looking for round or oval uniform structure and it is under a microscope. These are FAR from microscopic and I am sure they are a big key to my sickness. Either I have had them for a long time, and stress caused them to overpopulate, or I have been exposed to something and my immune system cannot keep them in check. I feel like I am slowly getting worse and worse...
It is really awful like I am sure most of you can relate to...
But I won't ever give up while I have a breath in my body :)
OK I searched for 'intestinal fungal infections' and most of the sites were about Candida which do form pseudo mycelia. The followeing article also mentions Aspergillus
Fungal infections of the small and large intestine.
AIMS: To study the pathological features of fungal infections affecting the lower intestinal tract (duodenum, small and large bowels). METHODS: Between mid-1981 and mid-1991, 14 ...
Now that I think of it I have slso seen what appeared to be clumps of mycelia after a purge and wondered if they were significant. Both the Candida pseudomycelia and the Aspergillus mycelia grow into the intestinal tissues so I guess if a piece of the tissue sluffed off they might look like what you passed. With more searching you might come up with some other fungi found in the intestine and not carried in on pieces of food.
They can be up to an inch in length...that is what freaks me out. Can fungus grow this large, and when it does...how the heck do you get rid of it...obviously it isn't easy because I have tried everything I know short of water fasting and I am just about to try that.
I am so allergic to everything....I can hardly eat anymore, and I get really hungry and do eat then get toxic bowel or side effects from the allergies ect...
Sorry, not trying to whine. Just cannot believe how sick this world has become. Obviously I am not the only one...
I certainly understand as I struggled for years with both undiagnosed Celiac Sprue and Leaky Gut Syndrome.
The central portion of the things you pass do not have any central structure which a parasite would have so it could have been a flake of mucus and protein shed from the intestine surrounded by vegetative forms of a fungus or large bacteria.
You could try searching for 'parasites stool images' or 'parasite feces images' but most of those are microscopic images. I just searched for 'fungus stool images' and came up with some websites.
Over at humaworm, Dr. Bailey replied that they are classic candida...called them cotton balls with legs. I am assuming the legs are the rhizoids that penetrate the intestines.
I can understand why you would think they are bits of food with growth around them...I thought that myself a time or two. But upon close examination, there is usually nothing inside the fuzzy cotton body. With close magnification, the legs or roots are chains, with oblong shape, sometimes two or three chains...the darker they are, the older they are I am logically guessing. The new ones come out yellowish with a hairlike structure for the roots. Yellow means new, which REALLY freaks me out because they are REPRODUCING inside of me which means I feel as though they are somewhat invincible.
If I don't get them all they are like a rat infestation, they will come back! Which is why I was so freaked out about knowing what they are so that I may fight them armed with facts, and what works.
White with dark well developed roots means they have been there for quite some time.
I am continuing my candida based campaign along with humaworm because that is what is getting rid of the red fluke things...I have seen about 10 of those, glad I came here because I had no idea about those...and now I can campaign against them as well :)
Thanks so much for your help, and I hope this can help someone as well...I do believe they can very well be candida, severe overgrowth with rhizoids causing leaky gut, hence allergies, hence not being able to eat anything, digestive issues, weakness, fatigue ect...ect...
She also said my severe symptoms were die off...which makes sense. When I had those things overnight.. in the morning the water was colored a reddish tinge...when candida dies, it releases toxins, which is why they say keep your bowels moving to get them out of you so you avoid those toxins. They also release toxins during growth, and expelling food they have eaten. I just can't believe they get that big...
Probably egg clusters of some kind of liver fluke, or possibly the degraded bodies of the flukes themselves. There is a resemblance with the various illustrations of the internal structure of liver flukes. You could put some samples in alcohol and try to have them identified by a parasitologist. If you do a Google search for "liver fluke egg" images you will find many others that look the same. AFAIK there is no conclusive ID as yet, probably because no one has bothered to pursue this.
It seems obvious that fluke infestations are much more common than we are led to believe. The conventional explanation of the infestation process seems to ignore the fact that the fluke produces huge numbers of eggs. Hulda Clark believed that those exposed to Isopropynol (Isopropyl alchohol) could be infected by ingesting just the eggs alone. Obviously with the poor hygiene and sanitation that many people practice, especially children, if her conclusion is correct the potential for infection is vast, since Isopropyl alcohol is used so widely in medications, cosmetics etc.
You are not alone.
I observed the same specimens in my kids stool. If coincided with abdominal pain for both of them, and severe, almost life-threatening allergy for the younger one.
Medical professionals respond in a very similar fashion: mycologists refer to parasite specialists, while parasite specialists say it does not match any of their species.
My personal opinion is that we are dealing with fungus species. This was indirectly confirmed by positive effect from taking nistatin internally.
I attach a link to microscopic pictures. And these are not liver fluke eggs, and not cotton balls for sure. Not coming in with the food ether. My 8-month old once had a huge discharge of these “cotton balls with legs” after swallowing a button – so I figure out they populate small intestine.
Keep the ball rolling, we need a critical mass to get medical professionals tackle the problem.
