I see it's not going to have the same effect outside of the intestinal tract, but would it at least top up the level of enzymes in the usual stores - whether that would have any effect, I don't know? Surely that must be the point of taking digestive enzyme capsules?
I took pineapple for 6 days, it took about 3 or 4 days to show up in my stools - pale yellowy stools wrapped in opaque white strands (not 'jelly-mucus' - more like rubbery bands). I've read of people who take the pineapple and pass stools wrapped in worms within hours - my intestines are never going to move that fast, and I wonder if after all these days these white strands are all that is left of any parasites affected?
I made a point of looking in these strands for any segments, but I didn't see any. Also no segments from the cayenne test - however, I did see little carrot-coloured things that look like flukes. All that sweet pineapple had no bad effects, so that rules out candida.
My plan is:
- Eat more pineapples for the next few days (because I've bought them!)
- Followed by a Bowel Cleanse with diatomaceous earth
- Followed by something strong... I just don't know what.
