I've been researching superfoods and super solutions for some time now. This is what I have come up with:
Baking soda to help alkalinize
Apple Cider Vinegar for energizing and healing
Colloidal Silver for protection from harmful bacteria, viruses
Food Grade H202 (Hydrogen Peroxide) to oxygenate the cells
Bee Pollen because I think it deserves the title of #1 superfood in the world.
E3live for clorophyll
I plan on experimenting with a low dose of all the above on a daily basis. I know H202 and collodial silver have synergistic relationship as do baking soda and ACV. How far apart should I space it or can I take it all at once in a super concoction 1st thing in the morning. I think the vinegar causes the h202 to gas off. Any thoughts.
I don't know loads about this but it's possible that ozonated water is a better and healthier oxidizer than hydrogen peroxide. Apparently it's not good to take an oxidizer at the same time as silver as otherwise it will oxidize the silver!
Also I think most things like CS and ozone are best taken as a treatment rather than simply on a daily basis, IMO.
Oh, also my two other top treatments (other than liver flushes and coffee enemas and that) are Humaworm and DE for getting rid of parasites :) Not pleasant but hey it's gotta be done sometimes!
