Lactate

 I have been reading some of your posts on Lactate causing anxiety. I have been taking Calcium Lactate and have been experiencing alot of anxiety. Could that product cause Lactate buildup?

Yes, it cold contribute.

or would it be more likely an imbalance in magensium?

Not likely.  I would try a different calcium such as calcium citrate.

What are the best ways to deal with Lactate buildup? Thanks for your help.

Nettle leaf and even deep breathing exercises are both excellent in reducing lactate levels.  Nettle leaf will also help support the adrenals, which can also help reduce epinephrine induced anxiety.
