Face Cleanser? by  #138503  27 mon  578  Fasting: Water Only I am using Murad Clarifying Cleanser for Acne. My acne is on and off and since my fast (day 11), I have had no breakouts except a bump or two. My face is starting to glow and my pores are smaller again too. This morning, I just washed my face with water without the cleanser. I want to stop using chemicals on my face but to tell you the truth, it has help stop with my oily skin. Should I continue using the cleanser? The reason I am asking is because I would like to know the perspective of those who are fasting/have fasted who have/had dealt with some kind of acne. It doesn't seem to matter what soap I use, tropical agents never did much for me. If I eat perfectly right my face will be nice, but if I have a slice of pizza etc. my face will defiantly break out the next day or so. Add To Favorites! So my face gets cleaned and exfoliates etc. If you are breaking out then you cannot do that but otherwise it is an excellent cleaner. Organic lemons only, though. Add To Favorites!
