There are a couple of things you might want to consider regarding Orange Juice and Adrenal Fatigue.
1. It is high in sugar. So it creates a swing in blood sugar that is hard on your adrenal glands.
2. It is high in Potassium, which, if you are in a later stage where your aldosterone is low, this is also hard on your adrenal glands. Your body has a hard time holding onto sodium due to low aldosterone. Hitting it with a bunch of potassium makes the adrenal glands work harder to try to balance sodium/potassium. And anyone on this forum is in a later stage of AF.

Research it yourself a little more relative to Adrenal Fatigue. Myself....I don't touch the stuff.
We are all learning....but......Aldosterone is definately used to regulate potasium and sodium. That is simply what the hormone does. Here are a few links.
"Aldosterone is a hormone that increases the reabsorption of sodium ions and water and the release (secretion) of potassium ions in the collecting ducts of the kidneys. "
"The hormone aldosterone regulates kidney removal of sodium and potassium. Lack of aldosterone can result in hyperkalemia with an increase in total body potassium. Addison's disease is one disorder that causes reduced aldosterone production".
If potassium levels become too high, aldosterone is secreted causing the kidneys to excrete more potassium and retain more sodium. Low sodium can also stimulate the secretion of aldosterone. A diet chronically high in potassium or low in sodium can stress the adrenals. Excess potassium is also a natural diuretic and causes some loss of sodium
This is why I don't touch orange juice.
Avoiding high potassium foods in late stage adrenal fatigue is VERY important.
