Our 28-day residential drug and alcohol treatment program is comprised of:

* A variety of 12-step meetings
* Trainer-supervised exercise in our fitness center
* A variety of enjoyable group leisure activities
* Art therapy

* 15-minute spiritual guidance groups for all faiths
* Yoga, stretching and relaxation
* Relapse prevention education and planning
* Discharge planning
* Nutritional consultation with registered dietician for specific conditions such as diabetes
Each client is personally assigned a primary counselor. The primary counselor is responsible for managing the client’s customized recovery plan.

I was reading the forum and had to drop by and note how great TheFix.com is. They have a wonderful FREE hotline to call if anyone were in need of some help, treatment, a rehab referral, etc!
