Note: Another member posted this video last week in the Cancer Debate forum. I watched and thoroughly enjoyed the video and promptly requested that the original poster repost the message here in the support forum because I thought that it contained an inspirational message worthy of sharing. At some point the message was cross posted to this forum and perhaps others. However, later on it was hidden by another moderator who evidently thought the message was spam.
After taking another look at the video I determined that, though the video does briefly talk about a book by the subject of the video, there were no sales links or solicitations and that the main thrust of the video is its inspirational message and success story. Therefore, as the local moderator of this forum I am reposting the video because I believe that it is a powerful story which should be shared with forum readers.
With all due courtesy and respect, if anyone objects to this video I request that they contact me privately to discuss their objections. Likewise I request that any other moderators who have problems with any messages in this forum give me the repect and courtesy of contacting me before moderating inside this forum the WM appointed me to moderate.
Thanks - and I hope other members enjoy the video and message as I did.
I commend her for her hard work and willingness to survive against all odds. Thanks for posting the video for us! She mentions that she went on a raw food diet, practiced meditation to bring in light in order to heal, and cleared her old limited belief system. These are the Universal Principles of Health that helped her achieve wholeness on her journey.
Not many understand that following the right PROTOCOLS of Healthy living is the solution to wellness. MH, at the Ask Barefoot Herbalist Forum , always says that few people are willing to self-experiment with herbs and juice fasting. I would say it is even harder to discern properly what true health really is. But to perform such an OJ fast for 7, 14 or 21 days is the only way we can have a BASIS to evaluate what is healthy for our own body and what is not.
Since there is an overwhelming amount of toxins in the air we breath and the food we ingest we need to attack the problem from both ends: energetically as well as physically. Here is a general outline for a thorough process of healing:
1. Become attuned to level one reiki first and foremost. The two that are reputable and authentic are Reiki Jin Kei Do and Reiki Tummo.
2. After that, receive healing from someone who actually does reiki such as a Barbara Brennan School of Healing practitioner. The standards of their therapy are higher than most. Make a commitment to receive a session once a week for two, four or six months time for best results.
3. Choose a movement therapy such as Feldenkrais Movement Therapy. Again, work with this trained healer once a week for many months.
4. Then, pick a chi-kung practice such as Chi-Lel QiGong (Lift chi up, Pour chi down) to strengthen your spine and nervous system.
5. Lastly, begin a meditation routine to calm and investigate your mind.
It is sooooo important to free your mind of negative thoughts when you are trying to heal yourself. You attract good results with positive thinking (it's the Law of Attraction). Free your mind of all negative thoughts.
