Only snag with Emodepside it's combined with Prazi and not at present available as a single medication which I would buy if it ever comes onto the market.

hi, on re-reading Emodepside on wickipedia [worth reading for its comprehensive technical structure of Emodepside] which components are similar to that of the black widow.
[Emodepside is synthesised by attaching a morpholine ring "at the paraposition of each of the two D-phenyllactic acids to FF1022A, a metabolite of Mycelia sterile, a fungus that inhabits the leaves of Camellia japonica a flowering shrub.]
Bayer own the patent for Emodepside and as yet is not marketed for human use although it might be so in the future so you won't find any info for human use at the present time.
I have not taken Nitroscanate yet but have used Profender solution topically. Profender has both Emodepside and Prazi and is for cats. I am unable to give an opinion at this time on whether this solution makes any difference as there is no sure way of telling if the substance is sufficiently absorbed into the skin and surrounding tissues or that the dosage is adequate for my use of it topically.
Profender is applied at the back of the cat's neck for absorption to reach the destination of the cat's intestine.
I have not found anything on this drug to suggest that it was being used for treating humans although there was mention in a parasitology book [Approaches to Design & Synthesis of Antiparasitic Drugs -Satyavan Sharma, Nitya Anand - 1997] at Google Books - check it out.
