Did my first Liver Flush, success!   R by  hghbuzz  26 mon  1,334  Liver Flush Support Finally got round to doing my first Liver Flush. Found it really easy and I got out over 100 stones! I lay down after the second dose of Epsom Salts and could feel lumps moving through a tube on my left hand side. After I took the oil/juice mixture and went to bed I didn't feel any stones moving through any ducts, but hey I got lots out! Feel so much better! Can't wait to do the next one. I modified it slightly in that I moved everything forward 2 hours so I took the oil/juice at midnight as that is when I usually go to bed. All stones were quite soft, largest was about 1 inch, I dissected some of the biggest and one had a bit of peanut inside it, I guess that one must have been made during the flush, there is no way a peanut could get inside my liver/gallbladder ??!! Thanks to this website I found out about liver flushing and so much more, now I feel so much better :) I'm 37 year old male btw, fairly good health. Add To Favorites! I did a flush at the weekend and got out lots of things that looked like peanuts and sweetcorn, except they wern't , they were hard stones. the bigger soft stones had peanut looking hard stones inside them as well.
