I indeed asked myself all of those questions constantly, until, through careful research and experimentation, i finally found the answer!
You certainly don't have feel unconfortably during the flush at all. there is a much easier and more pleasant way of cleaning your liver ducts and gall bladder, and even your intestants get cleaned from this procedure. This way is far superior and takes everything out in a matter of just hours. and if you do it for several days in a row, you will end up extremely clean inside and out and it will show!!
I believe you will look at least 10 years younger and more beautiful! No need for oil and lemon juice, when you are using this method. it amazes me that this information is not posted here or anywhere else on the liver detox knowledge pages of this website. this is a simple and amazing way to cleanse - better yet, to really purge everything out completely. you will experience a perfectly pink tounge in just 3-4 days and your skin will begin to glow like a peach and you will get long, very shiny hair, your nails will grow rapidly and you will feel like you can lift a mountain.
This is what you do exactly:
1. buy 20 organic limes, but even the non-organic ones work perfectly!
2. buy a large carton of organic, omega-3 eggs, free-range preferably!
3. buy a bottle of organic sunflower oil (or peanut oil) - cold pressed.
4. when you get home, leave the eggs out on your counter, do not put them in the refrigerator! they must be room-temperature by the next day!
5. either do this in the morning, before you eat or drink anything, or in the evening, but wait 3 hours after your meal.
6. take 3 limes and roll them wtih your palm on your kitchen counter – with some force, so as to soften them up. then squeeze them into a porcelain cup.
7. take 2 eggs, crack them over the sink and empty the contents into the palm of your hand, opening up your fingers, so as to let the egg-white fall out into the sink, leaving only the yolk in your hand. then place the 2 yolks in the cup of lme juice.
8. using a wooden utencil (any utencil except for metal), gently beat the mixture only a couple of times. simply a couple of stirs are sufficent to get the juice and yolks to mix.
9. then pour a table spoon (do not use metal utencils) of sunflower oil into the mix. other oils will work just as well too; especially beneficial is organic, cold-pressed peanut oil also!
10. mix a couple of more times, sip and enjoy! the drink is delicious, safe, healthy and most importantly – with a cleansing potency beyond belief!!!
11. you may feel the urge to sleep almost immediately after that, so you may want to drink this potion right before bedtime, instead of in the morning. most importantly, be sure that you have not eaten or drank anything in the last 3 hours.
12. when you wake up from your nap, after 2-3 hours have elapsed, you will feel like you have 10 horse powers instead of 1 human power. the energy you will aquire from this is instant and perminant.
13. your nose will feel clogged. this is because your liver has just purged an incredible amount of tixins and dirt into your intestine. even if there is nothing blocking your nose cavity, your nose will feel clogged. for those who have done liver flushes will know what i am talking about. this is the very feeling of stones and gunk leaving the liver and entering the entstine.
14. finally, if you have an enema kit, you need to use very warm water to clean out your intestines, and it is imperative that you use 2 full enemas with very warm water, in order to draw the gunk out from the top of the small upper instestine to the lower one and then out.
15. unbelieveable things will come out of you, sometimes green stones, sometimes plaque, sometimes worms and parasites and sometimes just black, black, black filty water. you will be literally wowed at the results after the first day and double-wowed of the results after the 2, 3,4th day. by the end of the week, you will feel like you can take over the world! yes, the feeling is incredible!
If you feel unconfortable using an enema, stones, gunk, mucouid plaque, worms, parasites and eggs can still come out, but not as full-capacity as when you flush with an enema, because everything tends to dry out once it reaches the large intestine, if there isn't anything to dilute it and take it out. intestinal walls tend to suck the water out of everythng, so use an enema if you want the full 100% beneficial results.

I think "they" don't want you to know all the good remedies out there and the internet has become much more useless in the last few years, for that very reason.
I believe egg yolks are truly a blessing, if you want a comlete and comfortable detoxification. Also, they are a short-cut, far superior to anything else. also, adding the lime juce helps soften and disolve the gunk without the unpleasant lemon taste, which is what would happen if you add lemons instead of limes. The egg has a strong stimulative function to the liver, not to mention that it helps to roll out the dirt naturally, easily and pain-free. oil is a proven detoxifyer, so adding it to the mix increases its stimulating effect and amplifies the detox. in whatever misterious way this works, the fact is that it does work miricles and once you try it, you won't go back :) enjoy! and please share your results with others!

just wanted to ask you if you got any liver stones or chaff out with this recipie. Is there anything in the recipie that would dissolve them?
I would have to say that yes, if you practice this long enough and especially if you limit your intake of foods to lots of fruits and light eating of other items, in just a few short weeks, the tongue clears out completely, which is a sign of clean liver. The tongue becomes baby-pink. Watch your nose too - the nose is a direct mirror of the liver. Your nose will get significantly smaller and more delicate. If you ever had itching in the nose, it will stop completely.
People that have tried this, even experience the pink tongue even without limiting their regular diet in any special way. Some doctors have recommended this recipe to patients as a liver remedy, but very few doctors ever do so, because doctors are in the business of making money, so they don't really want you to get cured. Responsible doctors are far and few between.
I am just wondering why the eggs must be at room temp. I tried the mixture but didn't experience much of anything, and I think that was because my eggs were refrigerated as I forgot to have them at room temp, any reason why this wouldn't work as well. Should the juice and oil be at room temp too?
Cold foods tend to chill the liver wich will be counterproductive to liver cleansing. All your foods and not only your liver cleansing potion should be at least room temperature.
Thanks for your input ;) Yes, I have been greately affected by the many beautifying results that I describe in my flush. And I am extremely pleased with the way my looks have improved (not just mine, but those around me as well). I just don't see a point in proving that to anybody by posting a personal pictures, and I would not ask or advise anyone else to do so, even if they had posted a very powerful cleansing formula. If I like a particular formula, I would experiment with it, to see if it works for me, rather than ask the author to post his picture. I mean really, my recipe should show improved looks in several days, so if you don't see that, simply abandon it. On the other hand, if it DOES work for you, then continue on the path of cleansing and self-improvement and enjoy the changes that are taking place with YOU :) Have a blessed day!
Epsom salts help to open the bile ducts. Not all people need them to flush stones, but some people do. They're optional but highly recommended. For me, if I don't use them, I get stuck stones or I throw up, which is even more unpleasant.
I am not sure why you say to not use metal utensils, they do they do something bad to the mixture?
Also would using lecithin work instead of the eggs, isn't is probably the lecithin in the egg yolks that does the trick? I am vegan and I would like to believe that the egg yolk isn't too bad for thus flush but i am not sure.
I would not substitute the raw egg yolks for anything else, because only those precious, whole, raw, organic eggs will stimulate your liver like nothing else can! i called myself a raw vegan for close to a decade and i was adomant about not touching eggs, until I realized that you get so hung up on the term "vegan", and forget the real goal of your journey: HEALTH and of course, you don't want to cause harm to any living being.
When I practiced veganism for years and my vitality fluctuated up and down I got determined to detox completely and tried just one of those egg-yolk drinks. Believe it or not, i got drastic results literally overnight and now, i am convised that in nature, people were meant to eat eggs from time to time. They are also tasty and they look darn good too... in those oval shapes of theirs and that delicate shell color! Not to mention how gorgeious the yolk is to look at.
Yes, on the subject of metal... metals are very reactive elements. Metal reacts fast with everythng that it comes in contact with. So it is best avoided, otherwise it will modify the chemical formula of your food. It is not for no reason that asian nations use wooden chopsticks and old european cultures use wooded utencils to cook and eat with. Aluminum is amont the most toxic metals, so NEVER cook in aluminum pots. Next is copper. I recommend using #1 unglazed,pure clay, #2, porcelain and #3 glass. so whatever you do, do not use metal.
Try the drink and watch your hair in the morning! it will be shiny and bouncy. try it the next day and the next and watch your hair become like the models from the TV comercials. no joke!
Be experimental on the oils. You will soon find out that the different oils make the whole drink taste entirely different. Peanut oil makes it smell like coffee and the taste is heavier (but is very potent!). Sunflower oil leaves a very light, pleasant taste. Sesame oil makes it exotic, avocado oil, almond oil, coconut oil, palm oil, flower oil and so on ... you can go on and on with the different oils. this is part of the fun. You can't really taste the oil, but you feel the flavor of it. Just make sure that the bottle says: ORGANIC, COLD-PRESSED AND UNREFINED! Those 3 attributes are what you need in a good oil.
