Wow, thank you very much! You are so intuitive of the purposes of my message! i really appreciate this and deeply value your input.
Thank you EVER so much of mentioning the name of Aajonus Vonderplanitz, as somone with a similar approach! I had never heard of him/her, but i will begin hard reasearch on this individual immediately.
I also support the idea that the egg-yolk recipe is a lubricating one. It softens, disolves, stimulates, lubricates and purges the organs. the only think that it does not do well is FLUSHING the impurities out of the column itself. but this is also true of the standard lemon-olive oil flush. If one wants to get properly cleaned, a very warm enema is nearly the best thing one can do for himself, so as to really SUCTION the impurities out. Epsom Salts are bitter and I suspect their chemical composition may interfere with the beneficial changes taking place in the body.
Metal is not recommended due to its highly reactive nature and should be avoided. Some specialists say that the movement of the metal blades/parts against a food mixture, creates bag cholesterol and everything goes to waste. I have ceased using metal in any food preparation and / or consumption. Clay on the other hand is actually healing and it can counteract most toxins in food.
Clay is also another element which is essential in a persons' full recovery and I don't mean just cooking in it. You can actually mix it with your water (it is sometimes referred to as Bentonite). Mixing it with distilled water creates alkaline water (some call it glacier milk - when it comes out of the springs naturally). So using clay pots for cooking is even better than you think. In europe, there is a special clay pot made of an oily red clay, fired at a low, low temperature and hand-made by locals. Food prepared on this oily clay pot tastes like.... heaven. i will just say that i could not expect to taste anything better in my life. Apparently the sweet clay itself draws the bitterness and toxins out of the food, flling the food with natural sweetness at the same time. this creates an unbelieveble sensation of taste. if you EVER travel through eastern europe - close to the mediterenian region, ask if they have clay any "sach" dishes.
My conviction is that 4 elements are absolutely essential to proper cleansing:
#1 raw egg yolks, #2 citrus juices, #3 oils, #4 Bentonite clay. Use those things interchangably and you will become beautiful and clean in no time.
thank you againf or your insightful comments and your powerfully postive attitude.
If you are quick with your hands, you can crack the egg, then shuffle the yolk between the two halves, letting the egg white drain out; be careful not to pierce the yolk or else it will go, too. :)
It is so great that you know of Aajonus -- love his books -- can't get to the raw meat easily, but, maybe in the future.
Also, for anybody who cares to know, the egg has a little ambilical cord attached to the yolk inside it. Once you separate the white from the yolk (either by straining it through your fingers or by shuffling it in its shell), you may wish to go even further:
remove the ambilical cord gently by clipping it with your nails. hold the yolk gently with 3 fingers over your cup, then pierce the yolk gently, with anything that is not metal and let the yellow liquid drain out into your cup. the bag which is holding the yolk will become emptied pretty soon and you can toss it. this ensures even higher purity of the yolk. i practice this for my drinks. But i also add a raw yolks to my food, in which case i don't remove the yolk-holding membrane.
I will try your method tonight. The idea with egg yolk is indeed interesting. Egg yolk is one of the richest sources of lecithin, and it's best absorbed if the yolk is raw.
I used to buy egg yolk lecithin in capsule form until I discovered that one egg yolk contains the same amount of Phospatidylcholine as 30 capsules of egg yolk concentrate. Phospatidylcholine is one of the substances in lecithin that is claimed to lower the biles viscosity, and thereby dissolve gallstones.
Of course soy lecithin is a better alternative for vegans.
I am clensing since about three years. I have the feeling that impurities in the dephth of my body constantly move forward into the skin, into te liver into the kidneys and want to come out - my means of flushing, taking baths or other methods.
You claim it it possible getting clean within a very short time. Because of what I said above I certainly doubt that this is possible.
It would be like restoring an entire house in a few days. What do you think about my comment?
Oh, i certainly agree with you that the body itself is very filthy in layers. And yes, toxins constanly come out to the outer-most layer. However, significan results are possible with this cleanse in a short time and the best part is that you don't have to stop, ever! i mean, this is a drink you can take every day. you can simply do a one lime / one egg / one spoon of oil mix and this is quite quite easy to consume and very pallatable.
You don't even have to stop eating your favorite foods. It helps greatly if you do, but if your tastes call otherwise, then by all means, indulge. The "nap" affect afterwards will occur only whilst the most potent of toxins are leaving your body, so the good news is that you don't have to "nap" after that, as you will not feel the need to do so.
Also, since the cleanse is so GENTLE, you do not have to take time off work, or dedicate special time to doing this, unlike the harsh olive oil/lemon flush. I myself feel naucious to my stomach and i want to throw up all night long when i do the convencional flush, let alone try to get any sleep! No one has to go through that! nature has created a perfect body-frienly CATALYST in a sense, in the form of an egg-yolk. What i find is that people who try it all around me, have the desire to continue drinking it daily. I mean, you can REALLY get some work accomplished, forget the cleansing power. Persoanlly i feel like I am re-born and was given new joints, new skin, new hair, new organs and a brand new brain :)
Thank you for your detailed answer.
Another question:
What about the stones in the liver. I definately had many of them, very old ones. I did two super successful LF's yielding thousands of stones. Even more: I expelled a monstrum von 3 x 3 cm in size that had tortured me for 20 years or even longer.
What about these mechnical obstacles in the liver. Are they blown out with your methods?????
And another remark. Poisons in the body can roughly divided into water soluable and fat soluable ones. IMOH liver cleansing catches "only" the fat soluable ones.
What makes me so sure:
Well I drink 1.5 liter of water within 2 minutes first thing in the morning since some days. It is sort of an internal shower for the body. Within minutes afterwards my tongue gets very coated, I start smelling under my armpits (what was never the case before) and while peeing my urinary bladder hurts. From all this I conclud, I expell poisons that do not get out by cleansing the liver .
very cool observations indeed. i would add the following: the olive oil flush tends to take out BAD cholesterol formations almost exclusively. even with that tranditional recipe, try changing the oil and watch what happens. most vivid is the example of peanut oil. gently warm it and mix it with the lemon juice and then drink. this causes a different reaction and when you purge, you will purge mostly red mucous. Try switching to another type of oil, and it will target something different. Try egg yolks with lemon. experiment by adding different types of oil. switch to limes after that. You will see that EVERY time you switch something, something different will come out of you. And sometimes, even with the same recipe, different things will come out on different days!!! This has happened to me many times. It could be that it is just a different "LAYER" of dirt coming out or the organ being stimulated is different or that the solvent and solution relationship is different and the potion disolves a different type of compound. Whatever the system is exactly, may remain a mystery to us, but through brave experimentation and observation, following your insticts, you will be lead to the truth. And sometimes it is best not to know how it all works and just let it work!
Eggs by the way, dissolve water-soluable dirt and oil soluble gunk as well, they appear to have dual-action! Egg yolks can be added to your fruit juice and carrot juice, as well as to dandilion juice. they act as a cleansing catalyst in each case.
What i am wondering about is, do you put salt in your morning water when you drink it and what type of water it is - distilled.. is it warm also? This sounds like a super purge as well and i am tempted to try it myself.
At the end of it there is a link to a very interesting website, where you find the thing with drinking 1.5 liter first thing in the morning within a short time.
Question again:
Did you get out stones with you alternative method?????
Thanks and blessings
Wow, thank you! your method as well as the water-drinking method in the morning sound very similar and they both make complete sense logically. I can't wait to try them both, starting with the milk-castor oil purge. thank you for the valuable insight!
I did get stones out the first few times on my egg/lime/oil flush, but this was only a part of what came out. This lubricative flush tends to stimulate everything, and it all comes down unapologetically. If you are after a rally drastic version, so as to achieve maximum results in a given day, juice 5-6 limes, include 3-4 egg yolks and about 5-6 spoonfulls of oil or more! I imagine castor oil would work just as well in this recipe also, if not better, what do you think?
The water flush involves drinking a gallon and a half of distilled or spring water in the morning, in a matter of 2 minutes. You should feel the urge to urinate and you may feel a burning sensation due to stones coming out of the kidneys. This approach is described by a member of this forum, in one of his posts in this thread.
drinking a gallon and a half of water in a short time is dangerous and could lead to water intoxication. there was a girl who died recently from drinking 2 gallons of water in a short period of time in a radio contest to win a nintendo wii.
the SWF (salt water flush) im accustomed to involves drinking 32oz of water + 2 level teaspoon of seasalt. sip it all down in one sitting. you may need to adjust the salt content according to your needs.
