He told me to drink 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (unpasteurized, with the "Mother" e.g. Bragg) in hot water, tea or apple juice first thing in the morning 10-15 minutes before breakfast. Since I began this protocol on March 7th, my digestive tract is doing much better. I have also added patchouli tea because I've read that it is an antiseptic, astringent, deodorant and fungicide. To this tea, I add 3 drops of Thieves essential oils that contains cloves, rosemary, lemon, cinnamon bark and eucalyptus which are all anti parasitic. In addition, I am doing urine therapy in the am. "Human urine controls bile in the blood, destroys worms, cleans intestines, controls cough and calms nerves. It is sharp in taste, destroys laziness and is an antidote to poisons." Consequently, I have seen a lot more parasites in my stool after adding the tea combo and UT. As I do coffee enemas, I am seeing the longer worms expelled in my stool.
