All right..lets snort some kefir dude. Thats one hole i havent tried it in. Ive heard of people using apple cider vinegar in the ear for ear infection. I use peppermint oil on the edge of my nostrils for nose congestion..works pretty good. fresh garlic works temporarily on the outside of the ear canal. Seems like the congestion is always whats going on inside your body. When I kill off yeast I get sinus congestion. After i get colonics i get slightly congested(stirs up some mucus/toxins). Some Mucus/congestion almost seems inevetable when the candida is producing toxins/die off. The body produces mucus to "TRAP" the toxins. Just like when you get a cold the mucus is suppose to trap/immobilize/isolate the virus to keep it from spreading. I guess all we can do is try to take things to flush, thin or break apart the mucus. Thats one of the main purposes of my colonics is to flush out all the mucus out of my colon. Enemas dont do the job that a colonic does as far as flushing out mucus goes.
As long as their is too much fungal candida in our intestines it seems to like to set up its campgrounds in all the other mucous membranes. Its like we have to eliminate the "base"(intestines)so it cant set up their "campgrounds" in all the other mucus membranes. The gut is the "root" of the problem.
I wonder if your dealing more with a SIBO condition right now or you have the fungus under control ,but their is still too much yeast. Any particular foods that cause your congestion? If you take anti-candida(yeast killers) supps that are making you congested then you might still have too much yeast floatin around. But if you are eating certain foods that are making you congested then maybe your dealing more with a digestive issue? For example I can eat some hard to digest pork that will make me congested but if i take some HCL caps/bitters/bile extract with it ...it usually clears up most of the congestion. Its definetly a balancing act trying to figure it out!
Ive learned that some sinus conditions can be bad bacteria, viruses, or fungus. The trick is to figure out which of the three someone might be dealing with. For example, some antibiotics dont help people with an ear infection because it might be a virus or fungus their dealing with.
