Ive been following the uk news for the past 3 days - watching the mindless destruction of property and the reaction that is being broadcast by the MSM.
the riots based mainly in london but have spread to a few cities - proportionally insignificant! but the government reaction is going to be significant.
after 20 or so years of sub standard education, materialistic nurturing with the "I want it now culture kids" and the associated advertising etc.
The ecconomic crisis has acted as the tipping point. The police have been told to observe and do nothing though the masses are generally not aware of this but it is self evident by watching many of the videos on youtube and has been widely publicised by the alternative media.
Effected people have been complaining about the lack of police intervention which is precisely the response that gov wants - problem, reaction, solution.
So it looks like our freedoms are going to be impinged further, who knows how far changes in legislation will go but I beleive they are going to be significant.
pre-planned without doubt. like hilaryclointon said "Never let a good situation go to waste"!
yep, take away the people's ability to defend themselves (through anti gun legislation), withdraw the police from their duties of protecting the people, let things get out of control, then recall Parliament back to session, and then have them create and pass draconian measures to take away more of their rights.
hi turiya, its not nice to watch and most dont understand whats going on. I have to say it caught me by surprise - I didnt expect anything to happen for another year though. talk of curfews, stop and search, military intervention and facebook & twitter are now going to be openly monitered not that I use either but im pretty sure that all online activity is monitored anyway. What I didnt like was that on anther forum a poster who is well known and is on freindly terms with some policy officers said that scotland yard had instructed the initial london force to not get involved and simply observe, allowing the mayhem to ensue thus creating the opportunity for whatever measures government deems necessary. Fear and division. People are so easy to manipulate!
Yeah - its understood, its sad. Max Keiser was on Alex Jones today & said that the ignorant thugs are as much victims of the criminal terrorist bankers as those small business ownners & other middle class - result from the lack the British bureaucracy prosecuting those bankers that rob the people several years ago. The globalists have the people where they want them as long as various groups of midldle & lower class are going at each others throats.
Those that know what's going on, need to step up and be leaders to educate those that are not aware of the men that are standing behind the curtain.
