I am doing my first Coke Flush tonight, so excited! I have done a lot of prep for several weeks--Stone Free, Chanca Piedra, Pulverexx, Rowachol, Castor Oil packs, Clarkia , Colosan, Ultra Phos, Apple Juice...so I feel ready! Just in case a stone gets stuck..what do I do? More coke, oil, and lemon juice? More Magnesium Citrate? More Ultra Phos? Apple Cider Vinegar? Thank you!
Espsom Salts - drink a good dose -- a couple tsps up to a tbsp in 3/4 cup water. Will open the bile ducts and help whatever is stuck to pass through. Castor oil pack is helpful too.
With all that prep work you'll have a good flush. Take Epsom Salts as stated by Hulda Clark . Either take two doses, two hours apart, or take just one dose, 1 or 2 hours before the oil. If you don't take the salts you won't allow for the stones to exit. Besides, all that toxic bile that exits your liver will be sitting in your gut for a long time.
Chanca Piedra doesn't do anything in an emergency. It's a prep herb that acts slowly on your stones.
The coke flush uses coke for the taste. You can still take Epsom Salts before you drink the oil to help dilate your bile ducts. Magnesium citrate doesn't have the same effect.
Ah, OK. Well, since it is after the fact, should I still take it? I did the Flush last night, and nothing has come out. Then I drank a bottle of Mag Citrate, and nothing. Or should I just wait until later, and then take the ES?
I'd do a plain enema followed by a coffee enema. You probably released stuff and it's sitting in there -- which you don't want! -- Also, I highly recommend you do Hulda Clark 's recipe with the Epsom Salts . I don't personally think anyone could get as good of results without it. And COKE is TOXIC crap -- I don't know why anyone who cares about their health would want to run that through your system, esp your liver that you're trying to clear out. Just mho :-)
Yes, I second that. Epsom Salt capsules don't always dissolve. What i do for the taste is dissolve 1Tb ES in a little warm apple cider and drink it down followed by a glass of water. It's the only way I can drink that stuff.
Do the coffee enema today and tomorrow if nothing came out.
I was really shocked. First, some came out that looked like Jumbo olives. Couldn't believe how big they were. And then next, hundreds of bright green crystals, all shapes and sizes. I feel all bruised up inside, and my kidneys are throbbing. Trying to drink some crushed Watermelon Seed Tea , but it tastes awful. Anyway, is magnesium citrate a reasonable substitute for ES? What do you think of those Ultra Phos drps? THey seem pretty acidic.
Well done! You don't need to take Epsom Salts or magnesium citrate at this point. I still recommend the coffee enema tomorrow to make sure you got everything out. I don't recommend the phosfood as it's phosphoric acid that erodes your teeth and bones. I took it when I experimented with the coke flush but didn't do anything for me. I's stay away from it though.
Next time take epsom salts; they sure are less damaging than that phosphoric acid. Magnesium citrate is not a substitute for ES.
Thank you! I am really glad I finally got up enough courage to do it. I was worried that the ES would be too toxic, or nauseating, or cause wicked diarrhea. Those are the things I've read about it, anyway. Just excited to do another flush as soon as possible!
I was kind of worried about taking the Epsom Salts , because there are all these reports of people OD'ing o it and dying. I thought it was more toxic than Coke, so I rolled the dice. A lot of stuff came out, though, probably hundreds of stones. I feel like my insides have been pummeled.
Hi there, thanks for asking! Well first of all, the flush itself went as smooth as can be. No problems there. Passed out a lot of huge jumbo olive type black stones--boy was I glad I used the phos drops, stone free, rowachol, pulverezz, and apple juice! Next was an entire bowl full of bright green crytals--looked like Kryptonite! all shapes and sizes, with several more black stones. Following morning, at least a hundred more big tan, brown, and black stones. I was really happy at the outcome, driving along the freeway, when suddenly, I couldn't breathe. It was so horrible. Managed to flag down an ambulance. I couldn't walk, so they gave me oxygen and took me to the nearest ER. My breathing just got worse and worse, my hands and arms froze. It was so terrible. Then, they shot me full of ativan and morphine, and my breathing came back. So the Doc said it was an anxiety attack. I have never had anything like that, so I am trying to see how it is related to the Flush, and what to do so it never comes back.
