I've been fighting neck pain and tension headaches for about seven years. I have my problem more or less under control most of the time except for occasional outburst.
Over the years I've built up a nice armory of different techniques that I'm now trying to put together in a book

My armory is large, but not complete. Therefore, I would be glad if you drop a short description of your favorite technique here or on the project page under comments.

I use all natural products whenever I can becaue I am scared to death of prescribed pain pills and anti inflammatories that are synthetic. I recently found a product online that works on many bodily problems areas it is called NATEUCA, google it and use this stuff for neck pain and headaches too. Read about it online thats my suggestion. Pass it along if you are so inclined. I love helping people and this works so well I feel good about passing along the info. Be well!
I found a natural spray called NATEUCA eucalyptus spray. If you have not yet tried it i tell you without hesitation it works well on joint and muscular problem areas. It is much better than biofreeze and its natural. I really like that myself. So thants my two cents worth. hope you find it helpful. I did. PAy it forward.
I think its great that you want to share your knowledge on how to cure neck and back pain. Might I suggest that you give us a sneak peak into your book. This might help you raise the needed cash. There are so many ways to deal with back pain and I advise back pain sufferers to search for alternative remedies. Diet, stretching, exercise, weight loss, acupuncture, accupressure, massage, warm baths are all alternatives to help relieve pain. Of course you can visit a chiropractor.
