Well, at first I thought it was normal to have all of this gunk in your body but after reading all the posts I noticed that most people were just getting rid of stones and not much else.
How did you manage to eliminate such a large stone. That is pretty big. Was it hard or soft. The largest ones I had were the brown sponge balls that were the size of golf balls. What they really were though were tiny, BB sized pearl colored stones all clumped together in this spongy substance. I hope I have gotten all the dirt out of my liver. I just wonder if the pancrease is involved with cleansing as well since it too has common ducts with the liver.
the pancrease has common ducts with the liver? Can you explain more? I know I have a conjested liver and have also been having problems with functions concerning the pancrease-low digestive enzymes, blood sugar problems etc. thanks!
If you did not, next time make sure next time drink water up till and after 20 minutes of taking the ES. Whenever you feel dehydrated, even during the night, I would drink water (I have not read this anywhere, but this is more my intuition). The flush works in the first 20 minues.
The day after drink water with some Celtic seasalt for the minerals.
When I asked if 1/4 cup was too much, I meant the Castor Oil.
Any time I flush I use 1 whole cup of olive oil with 1 whole cup of grapefruit juice. I split them in two so I don't drink that much oil at one time. What I mean by that is I take 1/2 cup of oo/gfj then 15 minutes later I take the other 1/2 cup.
Well I dont know if its too much, I dont think so, I was just commenting that I thought 1/4 was a lot because that is how much oil I am planning to use for my first flush. Glad its working for you and I will remember it.
How much Castor Oil do you take when you liver flush??? along with the orange juice? Does that much oil stay down? i had vomitting problems so I'm a bit skeptical about the castor oil then the 1/2 cup olive oil (i know you take more) no problems, ha? I'm anxious to add the castor oil to my next flush next sunday!! thank you for any advice you could give.......

as you know, i've been flushing for awhile now (15) and have not lost an ounce. I'm hoping if I add the castor oil to the mix it will get my lymphatic system working and the bloat/weight will start dropping.......??
I took the Castor Oil concoction the total of 3 times. The first time I used it orally the morning of the first day of the flush(Saturday morning) I pooed oil that afternoon. That evening I took my regular oo/gfj and Epsom Salts . Sunday my liver released something similar to (hum, pretty hard to describe) mashed sweet potatoes in clumps along with stones. The second time I took the Castor Oil was the following flush. That time on Sunday morning I released hundreds, if not thousands, of liver flukes. I took the concoction one more time the next flush and nothing interesting came out. So I never took it again.
The recipie for the Castor Oil concoction is - 60ml Castor Oil with 100ml Orange Juice. Shake for 5 minutes. By the time you are done shaking it the mixture is combined so well it is not hard to get down at all. All you really taste is the orange juice.
I remember reading before that you have a bad thyroid. My thyroid is dead so I have to take supplements all the time. I took 180mg of Armour for 40 years and stayed quite slender. Then a doctor decided that I should have my mg's reduced. So for the next 4 years I took 120mg of the Armour. I gained weight, and I gained and I gained. No matter what I did, I could not lose any weight. I went from 130lbs to 200. I was sure that liver flushing and watching my diet would help me lose the weight, but that was not the case. I was desperate so I found another doctor who would increase my dosage back up to 180mg. That was last October. I am now back down to 155 lbs.

my thyroid bottomed out after the fertility drugs....i went from taking 40g of armour to 180 and it still not funcioning.......
then, after 15 liver flushes the dr. reduced it to 120g.
so we shall see now.......???
haven't lost an ounce and i have personal trainers and go to the gym daily except sunday along with not eating over 1,500 calories. I used to consume 1,000 calories and no weight came off then either then the dr and instructors said i was starving myself and to eat more........???

i was thinking it was congested liver that lead to the thyroid bottoming out so if i deconget it perhaps it would go back to pre-fertility drug/hormone days??? well, that's my theory anyway........but still tons of gunk coming out of me after 15 flushes so I guess I have to go awhile longer.......
I know, just by reading your posts that you are improving alot. It was rough for you at first, I know, but I hear a happiness in your voice now. That is good.
I have done 26 liver flushes and, believe it or not, I am still getting gunk out of my liver. For the past 4 flushes it has been green slime, then black slime, then green slime. I can't wait untill I have it all out of me. This stuff must have been inside me for ages and ages, sorry to say. I get more stones out now too. It used to be that I would get some but not as many as other people talked about. I have always gotten mostly gunk and yuk out. I am finally reaching the stones, lol. I have no more arthritis, no more astigmatizm, no more crocodile skin and on and on. This is wonderful.
It sounds as if you are on a very good regimine, keep the faith. You will achieve your goal eventually.
