This also ties in with what astronomy journalist Alfred Webre (Exopolitics.com) has recently reported in regard to his most recent interview with a man that supposedly has contact with a group of "white hat" aliens that make up what is called the Andromeda Council.
At this time a False Flag Invasion will not take place...
The war between the good aliens & bad aliens is over. The good guys won. Most of the bad guys have been shipped out across to the other side of the universe. However, there were a group of cling-ons that refused to accept defeat & leave the D.C. area.
At the 13:04 minute mark, Tolec tells of the DC quake being caused by a sonic pulse directed to eradicate the left-over Reptilian-Gray aliens that had grown comfortable with their system of tunnels they built beneath the nation's capital.
I suspect that the 'white hat' aliens undoubtedly worked probably in tandem with 'white hats' of the U.S. military to get this thing accomplished. Me thinks that things will be moving rather quickly over the next year or two (in a positive direction).
The real war is over. All that is happening these days is that the huge cabal that was created is running on empty... the momentum that is derived from lower minions that have not yet understand that its over. The whole thing is slowly grinding to a halt.

During his ExopoliticsTV interview, Tolec states that the August 23, 2011 Virginia earthquake was not a tectonic event. Rather, Tolec states, the extremely shallow earthquake felt as far north as Ottawa, Canada was the result of Andromeda Council energy weapons directed at destroying remaining Orion grey and Draco reptilian underground bases under Washington, DC and adjacent areas.

In a statement to this reporter, Mr. Stanley indicates, “Here are 6 anomalies re: the DC earthquake that are fascinating. I suspect one or more of the underground cities around DC were blown up or sucked into a Stargate.”

Mr. Stanley continues, “Unusually Shallow Depth: The initial hypocenter (depth) of the quake reported by the establishment media was, wait for it, wait for it, only 0.1 miles or about 528 feet (161 meters) deep. That's right, AFP announced the depth with certainty, "The Pentagon, the US Capitol and monuments in the nation's capital were all evacuated after the 5.9-magnitude quake, which was shallow with its epicenter only 0.1 miles underground." The depth was later adjusted to a more believable 3.7 miles (5.95 kilometers) beneath the surface. Still, shallow-focus quakes usually only occur in areas abundant in seismic activity, like the ring of fire. And the depths of those shallow-focus earthquakes are usually in the tens of kilometers deep. The Earth's crust in the Eastern U.S. where "the fault lines are more healed" is described by CBS News as "older and colder" than out West. Which, according to Wikipedia, means it should have been a deep-focus earthquake with a depth ranging from 300 to 700 kilometers. Certainly not one barely below the Earth's surface.

I've been hearing the same thing from other sources about the alien battles going on. Who knows if they're true or not, but we still have to be aware of all the possibilities. :-)
And we have to be aware that Fulford and Wilcock have both been totally wrong too. There is no way I'm buying 30-60,000 people died in the DUMBS that got blown up. And I don't think the Japan quake was caused by a nuke either unless I see something the proves otherwise.
But I think there must be something with those global accounts Fulford mentions. Remember Tim saying there are about 80 countries wanting to help fund the Republic? And that countries around the world don't like Corp USA and are willing to help finance bringing it down? And there are trillions available? And the funding isn't from NERSA? And that the military is on our side? The Republic is definitely gearing up for a media blitz and funding at the state and national levels. I really believe the funding is close and I would bet it's coming from these global accounts. It all lines up with what Fulford is saying about this stuff. The timing is the same. And everything Tim has said about it before, lines up with what Ben is saying about it now. I think there is a really good chance all this doom and gloom garbage we've been preparing for, for the most part will be avoided.There are some really big forces going against what TPTB are trying to do. And that includes the alien angle too. I don't know to what extent, but they have to be good, or we would be dead already I think.

Yeah, I've noticed for quite some time that Fulford has been posting information that lines up precisely with what Tim Turner has put forth.
Interesting side note is that my partner has also found through her network of internet information that Obama will be in Denver later this month. The time some possible incident that will take place. I forget what that was - mabye you could remind me of this.
Alfred Webre has posted some interesting things on his Exopolitics.com website, including the Andrew Basiago paper that supposedly proves with NASA Mars HD photographic images that there is, & has been, indeed life on that planet. Basiago had a CIA father that brought him into a teleportation technology program for children. He explains in various interviews that children were recruited because it was understood that the young mind is more flexible, as the adults that teleported (& time-jumped) had later developed psychological problems from these experiences.
Lately, since these Andromeda Council interviews by Alfred Webre started on September 1 2011, I've been looking at this Reptilian-Gray Alien stuff more closely. I also started reviewing some older youtubes, like this one of Philip Schneider, a geologist that worked building underground bases for the military/government. In this one he tells of the firefight he had with Gray Aliens, you can see the missing fingers on his left hand that were supposedly severed off by hi-tech alien weaponry. Later, he was found dead in his apartment with a piano wire wrapped around his neck, autopsy claimed it was a suicide. Schneider told his friends that if you ever found that I've committed suicide, know well that I was murdered.
Just downloaded Dolores Cannon's ebook - The Custodians Beyond Abduction - to see what her research through past life progression through hypnosis reveals about this alien phenomenon. Some of what she has said about 'new' Earth is congruous with Andromeda Council stuff.
Yeah Obama is supposed to be in Denver on the 27th this month. When all the planetary alignments are supposed to take place. I guess the latest news about Elenin, is that it's broke up so much it's a non-factor. Don't know if I believe that though.
I've been watching all the Ancient Aliens shows on the history channel of somewhere. Some appear to be reptilian and others appear to be mixes of human and animal. I really don't know what they look like. There are probably all kinds of different looking ones. From beings of light to the grays or reptilian I guess.

They say that Elenin now will not even enter Earth's solar system. So the devastating doom & gloom scenario will not happen. Instead, there will be a small brown dwarf that will come in and position itself near Venus - making this a binary star system. This is suppose to happen around the middle of next month. That dwarf star will have a planet (& moon) orbiting it & that planet is suppose to be inhabited by some human alien types.
Earth is still going to undergo a 90 degree shift of its crust. My thoughts are... sure, let those guys go underground, and then let them try to figure out how to get out of there after the crustal shift seals them in. That should show them whose running the planet [:0
But those video's are one of the wildest I've heard. I didn't get to listen to all of Part II yet, but I don't see how a brown dwarf larger than Jupiter could park itself between Venus and Earth and not make devastating changes on Earth. But there are some pretty big changes going on with other planets in our solar system. He says some things that I think are true, but some things I can't buy right now. Interesting stuff though like you said that will have to go in the We'll See folder. But at least we won't have to wait long to see if it's true. I still like listening to stuff like this. Yeah - all the NWO minions getting trapped into deep tunnels - with this notion - I felt something nudge me to remind me of the part of the Book of Revelations that says that Satan (& his minions) will be cast & bound in a bottomless pit for a thousand years.

No - not at all, by now I consider anything you say is well intended.
As for where to go to upload a video - not sure.
Basically, I put some Alex Jones youtube interviews with Sheriff Richard Mack together and added a title section at the beginning. I ask the question to the viewer, "Is your county sheriff a Constitutional Sheriff?" Followed by another question, "If not, then why not?" - Would also like to add in there "Violating One's Oath of Office is Violating the Law."
In one section of the interview Sheriff Mack says that all it would take to put an end to the Feds harrassing people like the Amish is to have the County Sheriff step in and simply say "I want these people left alone."
Since he said that, I had another section in their regarding the swat style raid that was done on Awsome Organic Food Store in LA (going after raw milk & cheese as if it were an illegal drugs raid) & a smalll piece about the Amish being targeted in Pennsylvania for taking their raw dairy products across state lines & into New York City (finished off with a statement by Ron Paul admonishing the Food & Drug for waisting taxpayer money for such trifling reasons), but I had to cut out these because of time restraints on the 2 hour video.
If I were to burn another copy, I now understand that I could keep these last sections in there if I used a Dual Layered Disc (more time).
Since the MSM is running a campaign of ignoring Ron Paul altogether, I Recently signed up as a Ron Paul volunteer, thinking that I could make more programs (with sections for Ron Paul edited in) that could get scheduled if there were some Ron Paul supporters willing to take these DVDs into the Public Access Office to get scheduled.
However, now I'm not certain how much time I can devote, as of last night my partner told me she just lost one of her steady clients because both the husband & wife lost their jobs (he worked in a fairly large food distribution company). So it looks like I may have to devote that volunteer time to advertising my own business.
I get the feeling that we're about to head over the cliff very soon.
