What worked for me is to somehow maintain a moderate stress level. I noticed that the more I freak out and stress myself on having an outbreak, the more chances that I will really get one in the next days. So I went under an alternative and natural program that taught me to how to limit the frequency of outbreaks through mind principles. Add To Favorites!
