coffee enemas stress the adrenals so much that dr. gerson was able to cure incurable cancers with them.
healing is not always a linear path... something that you obviously don't comprehend. there can a point or moment of stress, but what happens after that moment when the liver releases stones? profound relaxation.
healing is an art form and it seems you can't comprehend that either.
let me give you a simple example so you can undderstand this. don't like being talked down to? join the club.
in the art world, for example, we might have hundreds or thousands of artists who depict beauty in many different ways. a scientist, for example, might have a computer program that has been PROVEN to calculate the exact ratios of facial features that constitute beauty. these ratios are in all the textbooks therefore they must be correct according to the rigid scientific mind.
and yet, thousands of artists, who are all depicting beauty in wildly different ways manage to accomplish the same task.
kapish?
rigid thinking carries with it the price of a built-in glass ceiling. a rigid thinker can and will never rise to a great height in the world of healers with a rigid and dogmatic mindset. it just doesn't work that way. this is how god keeps out the maroons from the a-list.
coffee enemas stress the adrenals so much that dr. gerson was able to cure incurable cancers with them.
And voodoo doctors have claimed to cancer and other diseases by sticking pins in dolls. Point is that it is very easy to make such claims of cures, but it is much harder to prove.
When people with cancer are doing coffee enemas this is rarely if ever the only thing they do. So to claim it is the coffee enema helping the cancer and not the herbs, dietary changes, ozone, etc. is very deceptive.
The whole thing reminds me of someone who heavily pushes a so-called "cancer therapy" that has been shown to be ineffective. When I posted a study showing that the treatment was ineffective the response was that the study was not conducted long enough. The poster responded that it took a minimum of two months to even start seeing results and something like 8 months to get rid of cancer. Then the poster turned right around and posted supposed testimonials where the doctor who was using this on patients claimed that someone's cancer was completely gone in 8 days. So anyone can claim to have cured thousands of people as most scams do, but when you dig in to them you start seeing the discrepancies. This is why unsubstantiated claims of cures really mean NOTHING!!!

You can go on and on with your personal attacks but it will never change the facts. Caffeine weakens the adrenals by over stimulating the release of epinephrine for starters. It can also induce nutritional deficiencies and cause other issues.
As for healing being an art form that I agree with. But there are many aspects of this art that you still must learn, such as how the body actually works and how it responds to chemicals put within it such as caffeine. Maybe that is why I am perfectly healthy and you are not.
Since you bring up though that it is an art form, what comprises an art form? A two year old's crayon drawing is art, and is akin to someone recommending coffee enemas to cure cancer. But a true artist understands that real art is not simply throwing some paint on a canvas. A true artist understands concepts such as lines, depth, color, light play, the eye's comprehension, etc. Just like a real healing artist understands how the body actually works, and how everything put in the body has an effect on the body either positively or negatively. And they do things that support the body's immune defenses, not suppress it. The adrenals play critical roles in the immune system. And finally a true artist does not stick to old outdated ideas.
As for "liver stones" do you know how extremely rare these are?:
HV, I follow your postings and have great respect for your knowledge especially relative to my own.
My liver has difficulty keeping up with toxins and recently showed enzymes slightly outside safe range in a recent test. In response I did my first coffee enema in hopes that it may have positive effect on liver. If anything it was a nice clean out. On the other hand I have been reluctant to do liver flushes in fear of side effects from the fruit juices and or strange herbs.
Do you think that coffee enemas may have a positive effect on the liver? If so then how detrimental is the caffeine to the immune system, enough to not get involved at all?

Caffeine does have a stimulatory effect on the liver, but you can get the same effect by drinking it plus the benefits of it being a bitter. But you will still have the adverse effects including the binding of nutrients from the tannins and oxalates and the adverse effects on the adrenals and nervous system.

What people generally refer to as "liver flushes" are the olive oil, citrus juice and magnesium sulfate, which does not cleanse the the liver at all:
Bitters are the most effective means of cleansing the liver. Any bitter tasting herb will work, and you only need a tiny amount to work. Bitters do not work like most herbs where higher levels are generally required. Instead bitters work by stimulating the bitter receptors on the tongue, which in turn stimulates the vagus nerve. This "flushes" the liver among other benefits. You should drink plenty of water throughout the day when using bitters.

Caffeine can stimulate the liver, but this does not make it safe. How much effect it will have will depend on the person. In a person already on the edge of adrenal dysfunction this could be quite detrimental. Therefore, it is best to avoid these altogether, especially when there are safer and more effective alternative out there such as the bitters.
By the way, just to show an example of how contradictory some claims can be note how those who claim coffee enemas are good also claim that acidity increases Candida overgrowth. Yet coffee is acidic from the tannic acid, oxalic acid, chlorogenic acid, etc. Again this is why it is so important for people to verify claims from credible sites rather than to follow them blindly just because some stranger on a health forum recommends something.
So what's a guy to do to help out the old liver?
I made a list of herbs earlier that are excellent for the liver such as licorice root, bupleurum, milk thistle seed and schisandra berry. Artichoke leaf is another one I forgot to mention and it also functions as a bitter.
The grape bitters plastered all over the web is made by Planetary. I notice that goldenseal is in it which is an herb that I think you suggested to stay away from. Also the grain alcohol would be a gift to candida would it not? Is this the grape bitter that you are talking about? Thanks
Ingredients:
Proprietary Extract Blend: 5 ml
Gentian Root, Angelica Root, Astragalus Root, Bai-Zhu Atractylode Rhizome, Dill Fruit, Goldenseal Root, Juniper Berry, Oregon Grape Root, Yerba Santa Leaf, Cardamom Seed, Yarrow Flowering Tops, Coriander Seed, Galangal Rhizome, Ginger Root, with essential oils of Anise Fruit and Sweet Orange.
Other Ingredients: grape juice, grain alcohol (20%), and purified water.

Yes, that is it. But it looks like they have made some changes to their formula. I don't recall a lot of those herbs being in there including the goldenseal. But the berberine herbs and the alcohol are not really a problem if you ignore their directions. They recommend a teaspoon, which is way more than is needed. Since bitters work by stimulating the bitter receptors on the tongue all you need is to taste it. Therefore, i recommend a half a dropper full before or with meals. That is not enough berberine or alcohol to be an issue.
There is truth in this - I actually beat back my candida in a similar way - with tons of greens and some meat.
There is a simple explanation as to how this actually works. The greens provide fiber, mainly in the form of cellulose, inulins and FOS that feed the beneficial flora in the intestines. The flora ferment these fibers to produce acids that turn off the Candida growth gene and keep the Candida in a benign yeast form. Alkalinity of the intestinal tract and other areas where Candida resides turns on the Candida growth gene and converts the Candida in to its aggressive fungal form as studies have shown:
One other thing. Some people mistake the passing of undigested cellulose for Candida and even parasites. Don't fall for this mistake. Have things checked by people who know what they are looking at and have the proper tools, such as microscopes to properly identify these things.
So how are greens going to help with fungal candida when the flora has been completly wiped out by candida?
It seems to me if someones colon has been taken over by candida(completely constipated) the fiber is just going to be utilized by the candida...gas, bloating etc... Thats why i do much better when i juice greens and slightly cook the juice. I get much less gas/bloating by doing that. But for those who do have more friendly bacteria than candida i can see where the fiber will be beneficial.

We never totally wipe out the flora. There are always survivors:
As you have stated before, we all need to find the right diet and foods that are going to work for us. Some people will do very well on greens, others may have problems. Cooked vegetables are easier for the body to digest. According to ancient Indian medicine (ayurveda), certain vegetables will actually help to soothe the intestines and reduce gas and bloating. Some of these include green and yellow squash, pumpkin (watch out, I believe high in sugar but may be okay for some), green peppers (not chilies, just regular green peppers), and eggplant. Broccoli and cabbage are gas producing, especially when eaten raw. In general, raw vegetables will increase gas and bloating.
I have found that the fiber in complex carbohydrates, such as long-grain brown rice also make me feel good. Psyllium husk and other fiber supplements seem to increase gas and bloating and aggravate the intestines. I even eat a small amount of fruit mainly apples and bananas, but I am not giving this as a recommendation because I know many have trouble with these.
Have you completely cured yourself of fungal candida on the greens diet? Do you eat and drink whatever you want now?
I don't know how you went for months with no carbs. I did 4 months on low carb and lost so much weight that I scared myself. But to think of a total cure is enticing.
I did not reach a complete cure with the greens diet, although that was my goal. However, it was the pivotal shift that changed the tide of battle in a huge way. It wasn't easy to go many months on a no-carb diet, but my motivation came from the sheer effectiveness of the routine. Now after my 7th Liver Flush and a round of DMSA I have reached spontaneous die-off and eat whatever I want.
Do what works- and do it with the full force of your being.
I will try to find the zinc talc, but sometimes tracking down stuff like that in France is a pain. How do you recommend using the ACV, internally, externally? Even if it works just while I'm healing my skin could use some relief. And as for the coconut oil, it saved my skin this past winter and I use it in balms I make for myself. Been considering taking it internally again but it was really hard to get down so... try try again. Thanks for your response!
You still have silver fillings? That would explain why mercury-removal was unsuccessful. You really need to replace those fillings and chelate. That would likely help you more in the long run than anything else.
What did you do to remove mercury before? Chelating with fillings can be dangerous.
I used to have a problem with eczema. I began following a strict anti-yeast diet, and it went away.
My theory on skin diseases is that alot of them
are related to dysbiotic flora.
As you mention you were on antibiotics alot, I believe
that could be the cause.
The only way to restore intestinal flora is with a fecal
transplant of HPI. I would start looking there.
Its my believe if you ahve gut dysbiosis, then even though
the right diet & supplements help, you can never shake
the condition because it starts in your large intestine &
as of today there is no way to repair damaged flora with
the procedures I mentioned.
from what i have read it is very severe and distressing to say the least. here are three things that i feel you can try and god willing you shall create your own miracle.
1. find a good hypnotherapist and ask them to do an age regression to find out why you are on a sub conscious plane you are rejecting your own skin and to help you make peace with it.
2. get a green aventurine crystal and an amethyst and make crystal charged water with them and wash your skin as many times as you can with that water. also drink the water, intially maybe 3 times a day and slowly build up to as much as you can have.
these two things worked on together should get you a near permanent solution to your problem.
3. and last but not the least stand in front of a mirror and genuinely love and accept yourself for who you are and what you are. (this is actually the most important step)
love
