I have been on CandiGone for 6 days now. I have been reading about Candex and received a bottle of that today.
My understanding is that both products work best on an empty stomach with plenty of water.
I don't see any reason why these two products could interfere with each other? I've also just received some enteric coated garlic that I want to introduce as well.
Also, I know candida is adaptive so I have to keep changing my program every few weeks or so... but is this an issue with Candex, since Candex is not an antifungal but simply digests the candida cell wall? In other words, can I effectively keep Candex as part of my protocol no matter what else I'm doing?
Candex is a combination of enzymes that digest candida, as you said. It doesn't sound like taking CandiGone along with Candex should affect the Candex.
Me personally, however, I don't like taking anything together with Candex just because I am paranoid that some of the Candex will be wasted digesting something other than candida (and Candex isn't cheap). The only thing I take together with Candex is vitamin C sometimes.
As far as candida growing adaptive to Candex; in my experience that is not the case. For candida to grow adaptive to enzymes, it would have to grow 'armor' or something, which is obviously not realistic. I have been using Candex for almost a year now, down to two capsules in the morning, and it makes a huge difference in the condition of my bowel movements. The key is to drink enough water with each dose of Candex to allow it to work--ideally 10-12 oz with every two capsules.
Hey I had heard that you should not combine oregano juice with probiotics for the same reason...but I don't know if this is true. Can anyone shed light?
