I just want to share what worked for me after decades of difficulty with greasy skin. I have been eating probiotic foods and taking probiotic supplements with every meal, and all of a sudden my skin is normal.
I make my own water kefir, and purchase lassi, yogurt, kefir, and various probiotics in capsule form. I take the probiotics after meals.
In addition to normal skin, my mood is excellent, I feel calm and peaceful much of the time, I'm sleeping better, and I have more energy during the day.

I buy a wide variety of brands of kefir and yogurt from places like the co-op, Whole Foods, supermarket and Trader Joe's And, I have purchased a variety of probiotic supplements, most often from Swanson Vitamins, an online company. I also try to eat live fermented foods such as sauerkraut and miso. I take probiotic capsules with every meal if I'm not having yogurt or kefir with it.
Although it was not what I was aiming for, the probiotics and cultured foods seem to be resulting in a lot of cleansing of my colon and digestive tract. My bowel movements have what appears to be old, hardened mucoid plaque in them most mornings.
I'm glad to hear your doing well and found out what works for you wish I could say that. Just wanted to know what is water kefir and what kind of probiotics do you take?
I also have seborrheic dermatitis and feeling very frustrated with it. It is so embarrassing to be walking around with white flakes falling from my hair all the time. I have long hair and I am getting to the point of cutting it.
I am desperate and really need help. I saw that you posted your findings two months ago and I just wanted to check with you if it's still working.
