Can you get down just a little apple cider vinegar in water?
Try that...just put a tsp of acv in a glass of water and try sipping it
a little bit....also if you have even peppermint candy...or anything
peppermint in the house...try that.
As a last resort...if you have Emetrol or the Equate equivilant from
Walmart in the house....a tiny sip of that every couple of minutes will
settle it down for sure.
Also put a very cold...wet wash cloth on your throat....
Yes...it will help the nausea and pain tremendously. And you can even use the
little peppermint candies...the red and white disks about the size of a nickle..
they will work just fine if you have them. But it will probably take 5 to 7 candies
for the pain and nausea to start subsiding.
Do you have any of these things at home.....
Also...are you sure it's something you ate? You're not doing any of the cleanses
or flushes, etc are you? Just curious....
After posting to you just a bit ago...I thought I remembered your posting number
and had possibly posted to you a few days ago. I was right! I doubt...after reading the other post...that you are having pain and diarrhea from food poisoning.
You have some really serious tummy problems going on and you really need to get to
the bottom of it...and find a solution. I hope you will repost about the problems
you have been having for months and maybe someone else will have a solution for you.
You can probably just copy and paste your post on the Ask Curezone forum and put
it here. You really do need to find some answers. Keep us posted.
Thank you. I thought it might be food poisoning because this is the worst pain I've experienced in awhile - but you're right, maybe it's my intestines knotting up more. :/ It is very scary.. thanks for understanding.
the solution to that is fasting and letting the guts heal. it is food poisoning - all food is turning to poison in there. all food is draining the resources, causing damage, etc. it sounds like a severe case of IBS
thats not how it works. i think kathryn has a handle on the problem. you will have to change your diet. it took me months to get turned around from that. look up irritable bowel syndrome and celliac disease. you ate some bread, didnt you? you will have to go gluten free for starters. and you will have to go raw as much as possible and start mixing your foods properly , especially if you do eat cooked food. say goodbye to the way you used to eat. its over.
For food poisoning, I would take activated charcoal (bentonite). Several doses, or a pretty large dose. Charcoal will absorb any bacteria/toxins and should also stop the runs. You need a lot of water with the charcoal. If you don't have a health food store (bentonite would be best) then you should be able to find some sort of activated charcoal in a pharmacy, it is something people take with them when they travel to 3rd world countries for food poisoning and its resulting diarrhea.
The apple cider vinegar is a good idea too - make sure it's REAL apple cider vinegar. Heinz is just flavored regular vinegar. Bragg's and Spectrum are two brands that are real, they say raw with the mother on the bottle and are usually kinda cloudy.
I would take the charcoal first, wait 1/2 hour, then start taking the vinegar. Alternate the two, don't take them at the same time.
