MMS - Miracle Mineral Solution Debate
For some reason it popped into my head that I hadn't gotten around to telling this story yet.
I love curezone, and if people here are getting good results from something, I try it. I do a lot of research before I try anything, and really try to get a solid overview of the patterns and pitfalls with any protocol.
When I was researching MMS, the nearly even balance of positive and negative testimonials was really confusing. I finally decided to at least give MMS a try, because I can't say something doesn't work, at least for me, until I've given it a fair trial.
Every time I worked up to more than 4 drops of MMS per day, I would feel ill and instinctively back off. "Die off" is one possible explanation. But with many protocols, if I take a day off and start again slower, progress is made and die-off type symptoms are reduced. This didn't happen with MMS. I would feel sick every time I tried it, maybe 5 times over a 1 year period, and the longer I persisted, the worse I would feel.
So, I finally decided I would just push through the "die off phase" and get to the other side. After about 2 weeks I got up to 5 drops twice per day, and my upper back started to hurt when I would breathe deeply. I stopped the MMS, but the pain under my shoulder blade only got worse over the next couple of days. I started to become disoriented, and out of curiosity, took my temperature. Uh-oh, 104F. A friend took me to the emergency room.
After an MRI and a bunch of blood tests I was diagnosed with pneumonia, possibly mycoplasma. A heavy blast of IV antibiotics got me to where I could be released from the hospital the next day, but I felt like death for about 2 weeks afterwards. A Z-pack finished killing the pneumonia, but turned me into an aggressive know-it-all for about a week, which pissed off a couple of my friends.
While I was in the hospital, I was told that my sodium level was so low that I was in danger of having a seizure. I'd never heard of low sodium before. At that time I was in the habit of taking at least 1/8 tsp of Sea Salt every morning, so something must have really been sucking the sodium out of my system.
So, to sum up, I was taking MMS every day for about 2 weeks and wound up in the hospital with pneumonia and dangerously low sodium. I can conclude that MMS doesn't work well for me. I'm someone who does anything he can to stay the hell away from hospitals and doctors, and am a little pissed off that MMS landed me right in their clutches.
Anyway, that's just one story, but I'm sure it's not the only one. Be careful, everyone!

Now this is an interesting story. Though I didn't quite get why you were taking the MMS to begin with(was their a reason?)
Having said that, I find there are as many misconceptions about the risks associated with MMS as there are good ones, For example... since Chlorine Dioxide is a known chemical, why is that so many people don't seem weary of the potential risks associated with it? It is because it isn't regulated? Or because it doesn't come with a warning label?
I learned a long time ago that MMS affects electrolytes. Though I never figured-out why. Which is weird because sometimes it happens, whereas other times it doesn't. Though one thing is for certain, it can and does happen. And the only solution I've found for this, is to take a good probiotic along with salt baths(Himalayan) to keep levels up. Though what I think stands-out is that I cannot establish what factors are causing it because it isn't all the time.
Another thing I noticed in your experience is that you never exceeded 5 drops. And to that I'd say, you likely wasted your time with MMS at this level. From my experience, MMS doesn't do anything sin terms of fighting infections until you hit 12-15 drops with 18 being the golden ratio. - NOT THAT I'M SAYING TO TAKE THIS, though I do think it's worth pointing-out.
Aside from this, I think you have a reaction to MMS. Which shouldn't be surprising at all considering we have 0 information on the exception and interactivity of MMS with certain condition. Which is to say, that everyone is a test subject with MMS as it stands. Which is far from ideal to say the least.
Anyways, I'm glad to hear of your experience personally. Because I your details can prove useful in trying to isolate exactly what it is that makes MMS either deplete or inhibit the electrolytes. Which I believe to be very important information.

I enjoyed your informative post. I guess it makes sense that if 5 drops pf MMS twice per day isn't in the therapeutic range, then that amount wouldn't necessarily prevent pneumonia.
Another acute symptom I forgot to mention from my hospital visit was premature ventricular contractions, happening on average about every other heartbeat. A heart monitor was detecting them, and I could feel them. Disruption of electrolytes by MMS could have contributed to that. In the period prior to the hospital visit, I might miss a couple of dozen beats scattered through the day, but not every other one. That symptom has pretty much gone by now.
I started taking MMS because I've got some kind of fibro/chronic fatigue/candida complex of shifting symptoms after being floxed by fluoroquinolones, and am always looking for a way to make it stop. I feel like I've tried everything, but there's always one more thing to try. I gave MMS every possible chance, but it just doesn't suit my individual chemistry, I guess.

PVC's are most often part of electrolyte imbalance and I've had them as well. It was so bad(in my own case) at one point that I'd have to cough in order to regain my breath and rhythm. It was rectified with an electrolyte IV and I was better within 24hours.
One theory that I have is that MMS can affect pH. And so assuming that you have an infection, and the blood chemistry is already off, then it is possible that the MMS perpetuates this further.
Another possible theory is that someone with an already impaired digestive tract(ie. Candida) would results in further impairment(less nutrients) due to the MMS on the digestive tract. Which could likely neutralize everything in it.
And one solution(for myself) is to drink 1 cup of bicarbonate water in the morning and evenings.
Another big ticket item for me with MMS was to take a good multi-vitamine and 2000MG of Esther-C per day. To help with essential minerals and cardiovascular health.
There are other potential factors that could contribute to health risks with MMS such as arterial plaque disruption and red blood cell reproduction, though none seem supported beyond that of individual experiences and so were left with a very scattered body of information.
BTW. if it were me(and I'm not trying to sound like a know it all), I would seriously look into magnesium baths for fibro. My sister had this so bad at one point that she couldn't walk(confined to bed). Until she met with a doctor who specialized in environmental illnesses who told her to detox with Magnesium. She did and regained her health within 6 weeks. Though she was out of bed long before then. Today, she feels like a million dollars!
Hope this helps.
PS. I currently take an equivalent of 15 drops of MMS(CDS) 3 x per day. And I have been doing this for over 3 years now.

Thanks for your story and what should be words of caution for anyone thinking about ingesting MMS.
MMS is a poison. Anyone can go to PubMed and read about the awful side effects of chlorine dioxide in humans. This happens when the dose gets to the levels where it becomes toxic. Vomiting is the bodies response to a poison. The fact that many have vomited the stuff back up has probably saved them from being poisoned and really getting into trouble.
