Little happy-dance testimonial about shedding my socks like MH suggested.
I've read MH for months and thought the idea of going out without socks, or walking barefoot, sounded wacky. That's because for decades I've had cold feet. Every night, prying off my lace-up shoes and socks, my feet would get bad cramps. Then for most of the year my feet were so cold I couldn't sleep, like cold right to the bone up to the knee. I would soak them in hot water, ginger juice, massages, tap dancing, lots of socks, one winter even slathered them in cocoa butter and slept in PLASTIC GARBAGE BAGS pulled up to the waist. They still looked yellow-gray and felt cold. One friend said "Maybe it's pre-diabetic neuropathy and you need meds NOW before you die of gangrene."
Well.
Finally I saw someone wearing rubber sandals (Crocs) and went right out and bought a pair. The temp is officially freezing now here, 32 F, but I'm still in these sandals for the past month! Even walking barefoot outside when I get home at night! All day my feet feel SO alive. I sit at my desk barefoot, flexing my toes hard, practicing to pick up a pencil with them some day and take dictation!
But best of all at night, wow, I can't believe it. They are so HOT they keep waking me up! Little toasters.
Now imagine what a miracle if I put down these chocolate peanuts and followed any of MH's OTHER advice.
I will, I will. But this is a surprising start. I would never ever have believed it, but it's true.
Cool. I could never understand why my feet were colder in shoes and I could go in flip flops during the winder. I thought I was messed up! Try walking in the cold ocean water if you can. YOu can't beat it.
Yes! Thank you for that good idea, I intend to do just that over the holidays. Hoping the neighbors near the beach don't call the cops and tell them I'm confused. Also there are teeny rocks all over the beach; I want to flex around a bit with them even if the walking is too painful.
that's inspiring. I had to brush the snow of the plants and bring them inside today, :-( but still feel best in barefoot sandals. odd -- warmer at night...
The earth is cool and the feet were meant to touch cool all our lives. This brings our blood down to the feet to keep them warm and this is how our feet are our 3rd largest elimination organs.
I would never try a stunt like this without Crocs - in regular thongs it would be hazardous between the crazy drivers and the broken glass.
BUT
I am so convinced now! It is really nippy and windy out, but after walking and errands my feet are actually warm and rosy. I have NEVER seen them look naturally rosy. This seems a silly little thing to rave about, but to see a lifelong chronic quirk just clear up?
I actually walk differently on the earth because of it and feel the difference all day. And in honor of MH did not eat breakfast today even though the other staff were handing out egg sausage bacon sandwiches.
I've always enjoyed going barefoot, seems maybe a little weird but I find I breath easier(better)! At night when sleeping, keep my feet out of the blankets as they breath better.

One cooked commerical raised egg is enough to poison a child for 10 days and the fried pig absorbs the lining from your stomach and allows the acid to pour out and then the over whelmed pancreas exapnded to twice its natural size is so clogged with stones and worms that it can't counter the acid and this early morning sandwhich allows your own stomach acid to burn little white marks in your itestinal tract and then cause you to be hungery soon so more food can cover up these burn marks, because anytime these burn marks are exposed, the pains are learned as HUNGER PAINS.
You probably missed some gas and feeling of tiredness.
Thanks,
Blessings,
MH
Last Jan/Feb/March I took 21 oranges to work every day an a little hand held twist sqeezer, if you want your fellow workers to think you have lost it, just try doing that once!
