I have had severe atopic dermatitis on my face for about 5 to 6 years. It only happens during winter for whatever reason. I have tried every flush out there and eat paleo. I haven't cheated in about 6 months and recently done an all fruit diet for about 5 days. I really can't figure out what to do. I really just can't get rid of it, any ideas? I also have some acne, not nearly as bad as before but still there.
Okay here's one of the only things that's worked for me so far, in that the eczema actually stopped being inflamed, oozing and started healing.
Try fasting on nothing but granny smith apples for three days (that's how long it took for me to see results).
Now it may not be a cure since I don't think I can live on just apples for the rest of my life, but it might help you narrow down the possible cause of your eczema.
