This is the second time I have done a Master Cleanse.The last one was 1 1/2 years ago. Both this time and the time before I have had pain in my legs by the second eveing. It's not bad durning the day; however, as soon as I go to bed it gets real bad where I can't sleep. I haven't sleped much for two nights now. I'm on my 4th day. I get relief by soaking in a hot tub with epsom salt, but I'm lucky if I get a half hour reprieve. Last time I was ok after the 4th night but I'm not looking forward to another night without sleep, does anyone have any suggestions?
