My first liver flush, not very successful! by  energytap  16 mon  610  Liver Flush Support Hi, I did my first Liver Flush two days two days ago but didn't see any stones coming out. There was only foamy diarrhea, very foamy, like the time I was taking threelac for candida. There may have been very small stones but I just could see any from the foamy stuff. I felt quite sick the rest of the day, my stomach feels sore, and I have noticed that every time my stomach feels sore inside I get depressed. I was quite dissapointed with the outcome of the flush. And it is not uncommon to feel ill with the first flushes mostly because a lot of toxins are expelled and are readsorbed into the body. The foaminess, I think, is caused by bacteria and yeasts producing gas so you may have an inbalance of microorganisms in your gut. You could go to the Moritz Forum and find out what you can do.
