According to fitday.com this is roughly 1600 cal. I have no food cravings at all when I eat like this. I do not eat sugar or processed foods of any kind.
I know you are doing ARL, are you allowed raw foods, I was informed to eat only cooked foods, Also to drink warm spring water, not cold to keep the energy for healing. . Do you know what stage you are in with the AF? I was at a 4 when I started the ARL, previusly stage 5 (crisis)...this was in April 2011, I need to find out what stage I am in now. Wondering if I can start to eat raw agian when I get in a lower stage of AF.

I am working directly with the lab. They gave me a sheet with foods to eat and foods to avoid. There is no mention of raw or cooked. I do think cooked is best and easier to digest. Previously for about 2 years 80% of my diet was raw vegetables. This is where I think I started to slide backwards. I have been eating the above mentioned food style for the past 6 months and have noticed many improvements.
My hair analysis report states that I am in the exhaustion stage. It is the third stage. The first is alarm and the second is resistance. This is according to ARL. I think others have their own stages. Many of my mineral levels are low. I have returned to work and have healed tremendously over the last 4 years but still felt tired.
I was very drawn to ARL because they take a complete approach to healing the body. They emphasize good diet, dealing with infections, excercise, getting enough rest, eliminating toxins and heavy metals. I know this is the right way for me and continue to feel better with each passing week. The dumping of metals has been very extreme but I feel necessary to heal completely. After each major dump I feel better and better.
