i have suffered from pretty bad breath as long as i can remember. like, chewing a pack of gum a day just to talk to people, bad. i take good care of my mouth, maybe 2 cavities my whole life. floss on occasion, and brush twice a day. it seems within 30 seconds of brushing my teeth, that sour taste would creep back into my mouth from the back of my tongue and i would be back into full on bad breath in a minute.
i began yesterday with two sessions of OP with coconut oil, because it was all i had in my house. after a ten minute session, and a normal tooth brushing, my bad breath was GONE. i noticed a fresher mouth than i had had in ages. my tongue had knocked loose most of the white gunk constantly embedded in it. and i had the confidence to kiss my fiancé without gum, randomly whenever i wanted, without inhaling while i kissed her.
there is defiantly something to this, im going to keep on it till i figure out why to stop.
Fantastic! It makes perfect sense that oil pulling would get rid of bad breath. It's caused by germs and the oil absorbs the germs.
As you continue to pull, you won't find a good reason to stop. Your oral health improves and at some point your mouth will be begging you to pull again as it feels crustier, teeth get looser, you start getting various pains again, gums start bleeding again, etc.
I haven't had the chance to pull again
Keep it up!
