  • Ear pain by  udoknowjac  16 mon  463  Natural Healing
    Hi,

I think I might have an ear infection or something going on. Last week my equilibrium was off one day but it got better. Then last night I woke up twice with a sharp pain in my right ear. For a few days I have also felt a little congested in my sinuses as well.

I am going to start Super Tonic and up my Echinachea but what can I do about the ear pain? Especially if it is an ear infection. I have a small sample size of B&B tincture but it is really old probably over a year. Not sure what else I might do

Also am I correct that 2T=1oz for the Super Tonic and Ech?

    Thank you,
    Jackie

Does 2T = 1 oz? (today must be the day for "math" :)

To find the answer, you can go here: http://curezone.com/conversions.asp

How many *fluid* ounces in one cup? X

How many Tablespoons in one cup? Y

X (ounces in a cup) divided by Y (Tablespoons in a cup) will reveal how many ounces are in each Tablespoon. And once you know that, you'll be able to figure out how many Tablespoons is takes to make one ounce (or however many ounces you need).

      ***

When making the Herbal Blitz (SuperTonic + Echinacea), the formula is 2 oz of Echinacea and 1oz of SuperTonic mixed in juice/water http://healingtools.tripod.com/supertonic.html
(I mix mine with only 16 oz of water/juice and take around 1/3 of it a few hours apart rather than "sipping 32 oz throughout the day"). You'll get the best results for an ear infection by using the B&B and garlic oil routine (below). It's always best to treat infections 'directly' whenever we can :)

      ***

To use the B&B for ear infections, you *must* have garlic oil, too. Here's the instructions for the B&B routine: http://curezone.com/forums/am.asp?i=1605260#i1

And here's the instructions for making garlic oil: http://healingtools.tripod.com/garlic.html

      Blessings,

      Uny

      • What should I order? Edited by  udoknowjac  16 mon  388
I realize now I should have started this much earlier. Today again I woke up very dizzy and unstable. I am not sure if this is an ear infection, sinus infection or something else. I am hoping it has not gone too far to be healed naturally. That would be my preference!
Basically I feel stuffed up in my sinuses and I am very dizzy. I would appreciate thoughts on what I should order. I am trying to not miss any work though this and am hoping pretty quickly I can knock this out. I have tried to read stuff on the forum it is just a little hard to wrap my brain around it all when I am not feeling well.

From what I have seen online I think I need: Herbal Snuff, Garlic Oil, B&B (is this oil or tincture?). I have a sample size of B&B but not sure that is enough. I have to see how much Echinacea I have left but I am wondering if there is anything else?

Should I be eating raw garlic as well?

If I do the Herbal Snuff, does that take care of everything or should I do the garlic oil/bb for my ears as well as continue with the Super Tonic/Ech? Does Super Tonic ever go bad? It is about two years old but it still does taste pretty nasty!

Also any links to what I should do would be appreciated. I have looked around some but as I said it is a bit tough right now.

My hope is to place an order today to get it as soon as possible
        Thanks

Hey there! Sorry to hear you're still dealing with all this. Well if its a sinus infection or ear ache,it may not really matter because treatment for each will likely be similar. Yes continue on your supertonic and echinaccea!! I felt a sinus thing coming on in the past few days but took some supertonic and 4 cloves of garlic everyday and feel fine!! :) the snuff is great,I mean sure, once you sniff it you think "am I crazy?? What did I just do???" Lol,but that's only for a few minutes and you will feel great a few moments after that!! And feel quite proud of yourself :) no the supertonic can't go bad,as Dr.schulze says "its already bad" its vinegar!!! Now if you're making it and the ingredients aren't quite covered, they might mold or something like that because of being exposed to air and not all the way in the liquid. Try not to get overwhelmed :) take it slow, start with a few things and keep adding as you are able. And just my own suggestion from recent experience with my daughters ear infections...I put a castor oil pack around her neck at night. It helped all those canals and lymphnodes to drain which helped a lot with getting things cleared out and not backed up. I also put her on the blood detox tincture to help her lymphnodes. I did dry skin brushing too. All very simple, not time consuming things, that when put altogether get the job done very quickly!!

        • Try lymphatic massage by  Celestial  16 mon  443
Try massaging with firm downward strokes of your fingers. Start around and behind the ear and then progress to the depression behind the jawbone under the ear. Move down and into the neck and down to the collarbone. Pay special attention to any spots that are sore, swollen or hardened (lymph nodes). Use a kind of 'milking' action always moving downward from the ear to the collarbone. This can really help to move the stagnant lymph fluid along and help the body eliminate the infection and congestion. This is good not just for ear infections but throat and sinus as well.
          Hope you are well soon!

          Celestial

    • Keep it warm by  arn  16 mon  367
Keep the ear / head warm as much as possible, particularly at night while sleeping.

Try oregano oil (by mouth), if you can get it.
