Day 1 of water fast :) by  xXSoonToBeHottieXx  14 mon  285  Fasting: Weight Loss Well it's been a while and I've been naughty :/ haha I want to loose some weight for my birthday which is march 29, it's coming up fast. I want to look good in my birthday pictures so what better motivation and time to do this? I'm not sure how many days I'm gonna be on the fast, i do know that after my bday I'll do another fast and I also know I want some damn cake on my bday lmao! Another reason for starting a fast now is because I've really let myself go (curse you food!-.- lol) and I reached a weight I told myself I would never reach, 180 and up, and i have, fml haha So here goes nothing... :) Height: 5'3.5 Current weight: 184.6 lbs Goal weight: 150 lbs Dream weight: 120 lbs P.S.
