I take 6000 Iu of vitamin D3 daily, so I have been having some problems with good sleep for a few days out of the week, but since taking 2000 Iu's right before bed,(4000 during the day) I have been sleeping so much better and good sleep. My 26 year old daughter also started to take her D3 before bed and she also tells me she sleeps better then ever. It is worth trying it, if you are low on your vitamin D3.

This was a great informative video (I watched all 5) and I'm already supplementing with Vitamin D. Although I got the 10,000 IU caps instead of a lower IU count per capsule...
This is HUGE. It may be the missing piece of my health puzzle. I look forward to seeing my progress as I become aware of my Vitaimin D levels and keep track.
Now for a way for us to check our Vitamin D levels weekly for a faster feed back loop...
Thanks again.

Your vitamin D levels fluctuate from month to month, based on sun exposure and skin type.
If you go too high with the D levels the disorder comes right back. 60 - 80 is optimal. The sleep is the most important part.
