Says it is 10% Potassium Iodide and 5% Iodine in an aqueous solution and shipped from Australia (5% is illegal in the US but I didn't know why at the time).
Question 1: Am I on a US watch list for drug manufacturing??
Item had a yellow "Location recorded" sticker on the box. My friend says that if you order something that the US has banned b/c of illegal drug manufacturing, you are put on a watch list. How much of this stuff can I order without being investigated? This really alarms me.
Question 2: Did I order legitimate 5% lugols?
The first day on 125mg I had flu like symptoms. The days after that, nothing but stiff knees, but I feel increasingly better. Less anxiety, more energy, and no urges to drink alcohol. So I increased to 30 drops (should be 187mg right?). Still feeling good, not detox effect. Knees are still stiff.
I thought that 5% should be approx 6.25mg per drop, and 200mg SHOULD be a massive dose. How have I not had a detox reaction if I'm taking 200mg?
I am taking my vit C withing 3 hours of the lugols, and take my first dose first thing on an empty stomach. Am thinking of taking 20 drops in am, and 10 at night to see if I can get some sort of reaction. Should I up dose until I get a reaction or leave well enough alone at 200mg? I hope I didn't spend my $$ and get on a watch list for crap!
Also please recommend a good site to purchase a good lugols if you don't mind... You never know what you're getting off these websites.
