Had 3 really good days then back to brain fog and depression! by  snobetty  14 mon  356  Adrenal Fatigue So the past three or four days were really good. I felt almost like a real human being for a few days. Then last night I tried to go to bed really early and laid there for a long time, couldn't sleep so decided to take some homeopathic pills called nerve tonics, which did not help, instead they suspended me between sleep and being awake and when i finally did fall asleep I had horrible nightmares. Today I have total brain fog and depression. So pissed at myself for getting off my routine and taking something that set me back again:( Add To Favorites!
