I just received my sota equip and started using the ozone water saturday. I'm already in love with it. It reminds me of being in the hyperbaric treatment I wasin a couple yrs ago when I first got sick.

I would like to drink more than 3 glasses per day. Is that ok?

I don't think it can hurt you. The more you drink ozonated water the less die of symptoms you will have. Of course you don't want to drink extreme amounts of any water as it might dilute your electrolytes.

You may want to build up slowly, as a very few people have reported stomachaches. Other than that, you are good to go!
