Why do all of the recipes (with the exception of Schulze) call for liver flushing at night after a fast?

Webmaster's grandmother's recipe even said to walk all night long after the flush.

Wouldn't it make more sense to flush in the morning?

I am still debating which flush to try, b/c I don't want to use Epsom Salts . Schulze doesn't use epsom salts even with his heavy duty flush....

Schulzes flush didn't do anything for me. I did it 3 times no results. Only the flush with Epsom Salts unclogged my liver.

I also flushed in the AM with acceptable results, taking only 1 serving of epsom salts. But this is after freeing up my bile flow from several flushes, keep in mind.
