Hey forum:
I've been on the full Nutritional Balancing program for a month, but the Dr. Larry Wilson diet for longer.
I'm doing everything right (sticking to diet perfectly, meds 3x daily, no alcohol or drugs), except two major things:
- it's super tough to sleep before 2am. And whenever I exceed 2:30am and wake up late like 11:30 or noon, I get like WAY worse that day compared to the previous day.
- masturbation ? I read everywhere that it's a mega stimulant for the adrenals, but considering everything else I've stopped, and I'm so used to doin it once a day, it's kind of that last guilty pleasure during a zombie's day...(that and about 5 cigarettes).
I mean this treatment is bound to work, in theory, but I keep getting worse just as the past 6 years really...and sure I oughta be patient and all, but it's just WORSE and WORSE every day...it's horrible. I feel like I'm totally disconnected from my body, and that feels just...morbid and scary.
Could it be sleep + masturbation ?
Anyone identify to this ?
thanks a lot,
God bless.
Can you try and back down to two times a day and see if you feel any better...the 3x's a day may be to much for you. I when I first started I felt worse before I felt better..it took me to get into my 2 nd month to see improvements, and then I had to keep reminding myself of those when I was feeling not to good..I was in my 9-10 minth before I really had a break through with how I feel...and for me it was worth sticking to it. Make sure to get your hair retested every 3-4 months I have had some major adjustments to do on my 2nd re test and even my 3rd.
I did not have any success with the sauna, I choose to avoid that because of sodium loss. If your body is releasing to many toxins at once that can make you feel worse, that is why I suggest taking 2 doses of the supplements instead of the 3. Atleast for a while and see if that helps you.
Plus I was informed by my practitioner that the supplements are to help slow our system down for healing. I needed to sleep plenty of hours during the day and did have a tough time sleeping for about 3 months (I thought that had to do with me coming off the hydrocortisone), but was told it had to do with the body detoxing.
For me I had to stop having relations with my hubby, I could literally feel myself get weaker, it was way to stimulating for me for the first 8-9 months now I have no problems.
I even had to stop watching certain TV show, play any type of challenge games or even had to stop support groups./..I could feel the energy being sucked right out of me, but now I am fine with most things. I would think you have to judge how you feel if you should continue with masturbation for now. Maybe you can stop for a few days and see if it makes a difference. For me this protocol is adjusting to how you feel.
Very insightful. Deeply insightful in fact. Exactly the response I was looking for, it all seems perfectly on par with reality as I'd see it theoretically.
Thanks again Marie !! Very, very valuable data and help for me there...this really gives me a direction and something tangible to work with.
You need to cut out the smoking and the yanking off for a few weeks. At least to see what that does. It would be ideal to get to bed by 10 p.m. have you tried taking PS to see if it will help you sleep earlier? Work to slowly get your rhythm back to a normal cycle.
A huge list of supplements actually.
The "3x" referred to how many times during the day (am, afternoon, pm).
Yeah but I need some sort of release. I'll need to smoke cigarettes or "yank off" lol. I stopped aaaaaaall the rest so...at least something during the day I can say "aah, still haven't done that !" kinda deal...
The awake til 2 sounds like adrenal overstimulation, so if you want to practice M I would only do it in the morning when you might need a pick-me up anyways after sleeping til 12. I always thought it was unrealistic to cut out all adrenal stimulation like most of us still have lives to live, but like Marie said it might be necessary to make the recovery you want.
Its good that atleast your getting sleep, and be patient with the nutritional balancing program, I am 7 months in and still have major issues, and for awhile I was manic while on the program. I think the detox made me a little crazy. I impulsively bought a motorcycle. I guess my point is that its kind of a blunt instrument and it takes a long time so be ready for some ups and downs like this but it doesnt mean its not working.
Thanks, insightful as well...that makes a lot of sense.
You bought a motorcycle outta the blue lol ?!! hahaa...
Well that's fine for me then I guess, I've got my eye on a FireWire external hard disk is all ! ;)
It's a b**ch, ain't it ?!
Why would I be so full of DHEA-S and libido and have my body (and mind, it's true...) tell me to do it, when it's a big FAIL for recovery !!
yarrrrrrrrr...
So keep the cigarettes, kill the Jackoffasaurus Rex...(if any of the two...)
