starting tommorrow by  gonnabeasailor  11 mon  522  Fasting: Juice well im starting a fast tommorrow :-)ultimate goal is 30 days but i wont sweat it if i go 10 havent fasted in a while. i was able to get down to 155 from 240 ish im trying to join the navy and well had to go get some college units and 15 pounds crept up on me in the past 8 months not gonna let my self get bigger anyone wanna join me? or provide support? :-) Add To Favorites! I am on day 5. I was sick on Sunday, so I didn't eat anything and then on Monday I had half of a GIGANTIC Papaya and it caused cramping and bloating, so I went full on juicing and don't plan to stop until September 19th. I've hovered between 165 and 170 for a while now and my adrenals are all whacked out, so I just can't lose weight any other conventional way. So far, after 5 days, I've averaged about a pound of weight loss each day. I am nearly below 160 lbs (162.5 now) and I hope to get to 135 (give or take, due to muscle mass, as I work out a lot). I'm fairly tall, so I can't really go below 135 without losing muscle weight. I hope to cure my Leaky Gut Syndrome, manage my metal toxicity and clear up my acne. So far, no new acne! I just drank a beet, beet-greens, Celery , tomato, parsley, cilantro, garlic, onion, horseradish, kale, & carrot juice drink. I may need to brush my teeth after that one! Add To Favorites!
