I have the para, liver, and kidney-galbladder cleanses. I am a little nervous for i have read the forums i could and noticed sensitivities/reactions to the epsom. but before i actually start i would want to test if i have any reactions to them. by this i am gong to buy some salts at a store and dissolve them in water and so as hulda advises somewhere on here BUT does anyone know if there is a difference between "food grade" and "bath type" Epsom Salts or is there just one general salt i can use to try and see how i handle it? a lot of people i talk will all give me a different opinion and its hard to work off of that. As well does anyone know where i am too find huldas directions to "practice test taking epsom salts" on here? this forum is a little complex for me, hard to find stuff.
I also wanted to ask, i know i need to do fat free foods on one of the cleanses but what about the days in between or just in general, am i able to consume alcohol? lets say a glass of wine, because that is good for women as well, other than it being a social thing (i ask because all the cleanses i have are to be about two months long.) i can live without alcohol but there'll be a day where the food i eat has some in it, or a cocktail at a wedding i have coming up for a friend and i wouldn't want to seem entirely rude, etc. you get the idea.
As well anything else i seem to be aware of with these cleanses that anyone has encountered or questioned while doing this themselves etc. all input is wonderful and appreciated thank you!!!
You need the food grade. It is purified and dried.
It is advisable the plan the flush and read the forum before starting. You review your lifestyle and make changes but a little alcohol does no harm. Just don't kid yourself!
