interesting... so much is possible! I am envisioning regrowing a few teeth that are deep drilled alas, and cracking. I believe it must be possible to do this without a machine, but that i feel would likely require a lot of meditation, mainly just to learn to focus the mind, and *get out of the way* as it were of what amounts to the miraculous potential of Mind, once it's liberated from its various prisons and self-made calamities. With a little help form the PTB :-))
I stopped using toothpaste, and haven't missed it at all. I still brush my teeth, just don't use toothpaste. I keep meaning to make some, (no glycerine) but haven't got round to it. Over the decades I've used various things at different times. Roasted eggplant powder was fun. Takes a lotof brushing to get the black off.
Bone, Flesh and cartilage powder, from Christopher's original recipe has comfrey, I believe... good stuff.
Best is often to make it oneself.
PS thanks for posting--and here's the recipe for the toothpaste I've been meaning to make--on the same site.
You will need:
Food-grade hydrogen peroxide
Xylitol (optional) or Stevia (optional)
Sea salt (optional)
Essential oil (optional)
Comfrey root, powder, or extract to regrow cavities and heal the body
Donít stress the measurements, just get the consistency right and make sure it tastes good.
This will provide far more profound benefits to your oral hygiene (and more) than any store-bought toothpaste. Your gums will immediately improve, your teeth will become significantly whiter, and your breath will smell better. If youíve never heard of "oil pulling" Iíd recommend looking it up. I also recommend looking into the health benefits of food grade hydrogen peroxide (not the crap adulterated with heavy metals).
If you are lazy enough to buy toothpaste at the store, avoid toothpaste with:
Sodium Laureth/Lauryl Sulfates [SLS]
Ingredients you canít read or understand (not all are bad, but many are petrochemicals, plasticizers, endocrine disruptors, canker-sore causing cleaners, GMO
