My calcium and magnesium are closely in balance but I'm low in sodium, potassium and extremely low in iron as well as magenese. Everything else seems to be in line. I also didn't show too much toxic metals yet, just aluminum but very low levels. This is going to change as my body starts to be put into sync. The low potassium really scares me; it is extremely low. The above plan is supposed to be the way to go for now to start re-balancing my body. the GB-3; has anyone used this? Its supposed to be better then HCL for digestion. The low iron explains a lot. It is very important for thyroid health as well as the adrenals and production of seratonin and dopamine! I'm going to also be builing an infra red sauna and using it 2 times daily. The coffee enema i'm still not 100% sure I will do that now but it was recommended.
I was on the GB3...start out with a small dose...you may experience stomach pains...I started with 1/2 pill and I just kept adding a half pill daily until I was at the recommended dose. Also my Practitioner explained that you may have to adjust according to your bowel movements...the bowl movement should be snake like, soft but solid shaped like a snake. If you have loose bowels back down and re work your way back to the recommended dose.
I made the sauna also...works real well...I had to back down from it due to sodium loss...make sure to get the correct bulbs...with out the film coating. When I ordered mine I asked and was informed they did not have a coating on them. I was not able to find them in any stores by me..so here is the site I ordered them from(in case you can't locate them). http://www.bulbs.com/results.aspx?Ntt=389338
My zinc levels were 16 which were right about the ideal. I was recommended zync to help inflammation and calm down the system.
I'm not sure why I wasn't recommended the Limcomin, which would have made sense but I was told that everything on the program was put together to help rest the adrenals and thyroid.
I was reading up on Iron and feel like this is overlooked. It plays a HUGE role on the body.
I've been getting hit with hard fatigue in the afternoon again but am excited to get started on this plan. My supplements should arrive Tuesday.
The GB3 I read up on and its highly recommended by doctor Wilson. It can do so many things; so I'm excited about taking it to help with my digestion.
You probably were not given the limcomin yet because it raises your sodium levels and you don't want to do that with such a low potassium level or you will be even more imbalanced. The high levels of Zn should help raise the potassium. That's what I am working on now after being on limcomin for a few months. It worked to raise my sodium from 7 to 12, but my potassium hasn't budged from 4. So now, no more limcomin and lots of zinc.
Will the GB3 help me gain weight? I think I'm very malnutrition-ed. I haven't been able to gain a single lb of weight even with NO exercise and eating a lot. I think this is a big part of why I have dark circles under my eyes too.
I even wondering if my supplements are being absorbed.
Also, my cooper levels are all pretty good. What helps transport cooper?
I hear you about whether supplements even get absorbed, my digestion sucks. I like GB3 better than HCL, it hasn't been a miracle drug for me. I am considering doing the elimination diet to look for food intolerances that can savage digestion even with the best supplements.
Potassium and sodium are indicators of adrenal health - typically low potassium/sodium are indicators of low adrenal responses which will make the body weaker. Check your report to verify. Adrenal fatigue is a common problem and can be due to several factors including poor nutrition, immune situations (viral, parasite etc), environmental toxins/metals and/or unrelenting stress be it mental, emotional, biochemical etc.
Heavy metals do not show up in hair samples unless you are receiving a steady flow of them via the environment etc. - if you have been exposed for longer terms (smaller amounts) then the hair sample will not show this. typically metals accumulate in tissues and unless they are provoked then they stay in storage sites - heavy metal challenge tests (Doctors Data) uses chelators to force the metals out of hiding and then checks urine levels. This is a much more accurate means of testing.
Raising glutathione levels will not only help in preventing further toxin accumlation but will force the toxins out. However it is best to use a combinational approach when dealing with metals. Use a provoker of the metals and make sure you use a 'vacuum' to help sweep the metals out of the body. Vacuums would include chlorella, zeolites, fiber to help sweep the metals out of the gut during detox and I like things like charcoal or clays (pascalite etc). Copious use of antioxidants is essential as well.
I have adrenal issues for sure. It looks like I need to start back on Isocort. I'm wondering why they didnt want me on Endo-cor and instead I'm on the thyroid supplement. Either way, they all have bovine material.
I just spoke to my cousin. Who is sick. What i don't get is. How do people in our shoes not get the flu etc. our boddies are battered but yet we perceveer. It's amazing.
