I didn't wait the full 2 weeks but did do a Liver Flush yesterday. I took a little more than 1/2 cup of olive oil with grapefruit. The epson salts were ok but I got nauseous in the middle of the night. I chewed on some ginger and it helped. But this flush was harder than the previous. But I think I got more stones out. I was a little disappointed in the morning as nothing came out but after the 2nd dose of epsons in the morning stones began to come out. What do you think? Was the flush a success? I got lots more cleansing to do it seems...
You need to understand that after a liver-flush the bile will become unbalanced and thicken to an extent that it can form sludge. After 2 weeks when the liver has replenished all the bile salts the bile will start to thin and return to normal, this length of this thinning phase is indeterminate. As a rule of thumb it takes as long to thin as it does to thicken. The consequences of this are that some people feel slightly worse after a flush and may get some discomfort and secondly the bile will be thicker and produce more stones if you flush in this intermediate period.
It may be prudent to wait 3 to 4 weeks between flushes to take account of this unless it is an 'emergency'.
Apart from a Hulda Clark e flush you have also done a egg/lime flush from your post so your bile salts are very, very low.
Less is more in the liver cleansing world. You also need to re-evaluate your lifestyle and start to make changes.
