I am trying to figure something out. I have done the recommended LBB for 9 months here and have improved my diet, hence I have regular bowel movements with ease – and no longer need LBB with this type of regieme.
However, I wanted to know if someone has a very healthy colon - should they technically be able to pass even a bad meal (meat etc) within 24 hours without LBB?
The reason I ask is that on the occasion I have a cooked vegetarian meal – maybe at a social event etc – I make sure to take 2 x LBB before hand to make sure it passes quickly. I have noticed that I am slightly drained of energy until this passes.
So in some ways it makes me think the only reason I have regular bowel movements is because of the good diet – but maybe my colon might still need “work” in regards to healing it to work better.
I have family members who seem fit and healthy, yet still meat and grain eaters, using no LBB, having done no colon cleansing etc and “apparently” have no problems having regular bowel movements. Is this possible?

SO I WILL ASSUME YOUR WEIGHT IS MOST IDEAL AND YOU ARE OF SUPREME HEALTH AND MOST LIKELY YOUNG...AND EATING A FRUIT DIET.

NO, SHOULD PASS IT IN ABOUT AN HOUR AS DIAREAH.......A HEALTHY STOMACH ANDCOLON WILL REJECT A BAD MEAL UP AND OUT OR DOWN IN OUT IN AN HOUR OR LESS....BECAUSE THE STOMACH ACID WILL BURN AND CAUSE PANIC WHICH RESULTS IN THROW UP OR DIAREAH.

LOSS OF ENERGY WOULD BE YOUR STOMACH ACID ENTERING YUR BLOOD STREAM....LOSS OF PERFECT pH......PUTS ALOT OF NORMAL PEOPLE TO SLEEP....THEY WANT TO NAP AFTER THEY EAT.

IF YOU CHEW YOUR FOOD WELL YOU CAN EAT ANYTHING
IF YOU USE LBB FOR A LIFETIME, ODDS ARE YOU CAN GOBBLE FOOD AND LIVE LIKE THE NORMAL PIGS DO AND YET LIVE FAIRLY WELL AS LONG AS YOU DE-WORM, USE P/W E OR LBB DAILY AND DON'T WORRY.....BIGGEST PROBLEM WITH HEALTH IS PEOPLE TEND TO WORRY TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH.

NO, THEY ARE CANCER PATIENT OF THE FUTURE.......THEIR FACE NEVER LIES...THEY WILL BE WHAT THEY EAT AND BREATHE AND WORMS PLENTIFUL IN SUCH PEOPLE.
