guys, wanna cheat in sports? take lots of iodine. Iodine is necessary for every hormone receptor in the body. the reason you start slowing down as you get older is because you run out of iodine. no neet to take crappy synthetics when you can utilize your very own custom hormones, testosterone, growth factors, all of it just by taking iodine. young and old alike notice insane stamina, fast, effortless bulk and definition, super concentrations, and all that adds to having more game than that a**ho** who works twice as hard at it.
get some iodine and post your results here. and ssshhhhh. dont tell those gawkers on the fitness forums. what good have they done you anyway except waste your time and spend your money?

That sounds awesome, then i can get my throid fixed and get buffed at the same time. I work out 5 days a week, and eat well, so i ought to see some improvement. I will let you know what happens.

too much carbohydrate turns to fat.
too much protein turns to fat. (took me about 35 years to understand this one) duh. i thought you needed to eat protein to put on muscle.
too much saturated fat? no such thing.
the key is limiting your protein and carbohydrate according to your body type. i can lie in bed all day long watching cartoons and get ripped so long as i'm not overdoing the carbs or protein. m*o*o*nic me was pounding the burgers in college while lifting weights when all i had to do was watch cartoons.
yes Thank You and I concur. I made every mistake there is to make, im sure, with diet,protein/carbs/fat ration. But now I am down with the good fats and also try to eat low-moderate carbs and same for protein intake. As most folks I need more red, yellows and greens, but Im getting there. I Just need the Iodine now to "reset" all my hormones and growth factors.
