Most interesting, I seem to have done a liver flush! I unloaded many peanut sized stones this morning, along with a fair quantity of chaff and gunky bile. Wow! I am guessing in the neighborhood of 50-60 stones.
Strange but wonderful. I have been meaning to do a maintenance LF, and planned to do just that after this 10 day MC, but my body seems to be running ahead of me.
I will still do a flush when I have broken this fast. I obviously need it.

What a weird cleanse, yesterday my body decided to do its very own liver flush--dozens of peanut sized stones, chaff and old bile, and again today another dozen or so similar stones with a load of stale bile. As they say, Eeeew!!!
But as my dear naturopath always says, Better out than in! Strange as it has been, this is a good one, and I've needed it.
Now I am pondering whether to do an official LF after my break... guess I'll just wait and see how I feel when all is said and done and go from there. Right now I'm leaning toward a good flush when I am feeling well, just to make sure the coast is clear.
Good to see everyone--Pepe, you, Hanna... and so many more great folks supporting first timers and old timers alike. This is such a special place.
