Nearing week 5 by  steh  9 mon  480  Ask The Candida Expe I have little maybe even no improvements to name since starting the plan. When i am on my steroids i was peeing every 30 minutes, now that i am not on them maybe 1-2 hours peeing. My adrenals are very weak and unable to tolerate much T3 so i am quite hypo. I still feel that being this hypo is better than being on my steroids and raising my blood sugar so much. I have found a sauna within walking distance, which i am going to try as my sweating has started to stop either i have gotten used to the warm heat or its going cooler. Because i have adrenal fatigue i know i have to be careful with saunas, should i jump straight in and go 6x 30 mins or what do you reccommend? Also i was thinkig of going around 10am would this be ok or is there a preferd time? Lastly i am hoping thay a mixture of the HCL tablets (waiting to arrive) and starting week 7 (cf + probitoics) mixed in with hopefully my adrenals maybe getting a bit stronger to tolerate more T3 for my body to be strong enough to fight the candida. I wish that my whole life ahead was not me "hoping" and that maybe something was a bit more certain. Steve Add To Favorites! You may be able to jump right or you may need to work your way up in time. Drink plenty of water while in there. If you feel faint, place a cold washcloth across the back of your neck. Some people go in and out of the sauna. You only need to sweat 10 minutes each time and can increase to longer periods of time if it works for you. Add To Favorites!
