So was wondering what most here use as a supplement as the big thing now is cholecaclcifero , so green pasture makes a cod liver blend and it is really pricey so looking for alternative supplements, if i have to i will stay with green pastures, I feel for those who cant afford this, and i barely can,
thanks Linda
"Bacteria are nothing the terrain is everything".. Louis Pasteur.
By terrain, Pasteur meant the internal environment that supports the survival and growth of bacteria and other pathogens: namely toxemia, whether these are of an exogenous or endogenous origin.
Keep the body clean from toxins and bacteria/viruses and pathogens are unable to survive. This is also the case in the external environment where Hygiene is paramount in keeping disease at bay.
The L-Form bacteria then can have no effect on a bodily environment that is free from toxemia, and the very best way of achieving this, is periodic water-only-fasting which accelerates the cleansing and healing process.
The Marshall Protocol has also been discredited by many medical and health experts as having no basis in fact.
Vitamin D supplementation is therefore seen as a prudent method for achieving an optimal status of this immunomodulatory/regulatory steroid in the absence of sufficient sunlight exposure; bacteria of any kind do not therefore enter the equation whatsoever.
or maybe this one:
Approximately 75 tons of mercury are present in the coal used by US coal-fired power plants every year. Of this, more than 50 tons are subsequently released into the atmosphere, while the rest remains in coal combustion wastes. http://groundtruthtrekking.org/Issues/AlaskaCoal/CoalMercury.html
OK, so +20 tons of this Colloid of Hg are in the food grade products each year. Let's for a moment assume we only directly ingest 10% of that, more will be absorbed later as it makes it through our food supply chain.
10% is about 2 tons - 2 US (short) tons = 1814369480 mg by US population (U.S. Census Bureau) 1814369480 mg div 312747141 = ~5.8 mg per person per year Hg toxic ingestion level ~0.1 mcg\kg or 0.005 mg for a 50kg\110lbs person
***Yet the FDA finds these losses of Hg into the Food supply safe. Even though safer less power demanding methods exist.***
Yes, I mean any terrain.
Eat only locally grown organic produce wherever possible, including chlorella and other foods which will detox heavy metals. This coupled with periodic water-only-fasting and pathogens/harmful bacteria will be unable to survive or thrive.
Whether anyone chooses to supplement with D3 is an individual choice but where direct sunlight exposure is minimal, D3 supplementation would seem to be a prudent option.
Funny how this always comes up. When have I ever recommended the Marshal Protocol?
Just because I post research from there with Molecular images showing the difference between the toxic 25-D and the biological active hormone renamed Vitaman D, doesn't mean I use it or have ever used the Marshal Protocol.
Yet, for some reason every time I bring up the diff between 25-D and 1,25-D someone counters with the same BS..
You may not have recommended the Marshall Protocol Newport but when anyone mentions Vitamin D in the same breath as L-Form bacteria, then many just assume this is that protocol.
Interesting comparison between 25-D and 1,25-D although the only accurate measure of Vitamin D status is the stored form from the Liver of Calcidiol, or 25-hydroxyvitamin D.
I don't understand why u r so adamantly against vitamin D3.
If it weren't for D, my mom would be dying of lung cancer and many of my friends would have too and I have seen high cholesterol go down, bladder leak stop, tinnitus stop, sleep apnea stop, cold sores heal within 3 days, depression leave, chemo and radiation damage reduced significantly, etc.
Vitamin D is almost a silver bullet, but it's effects can be reduced via steroidal medications.
Vitamin D is a hormone and all hormones have receptors all over the body which means they effect the entire body.
