I have posted on here several times. I am a 20-year-old female with a variety of symptoms a few of which include chronic loose stools, eczema, abdominal pain, angular chelitis, food intolerances, etc. You can view my first post for a complete background. I am making this post because I feel compelled to share with you all what happened to me this morning. This may be encouraging, enlightening, or frightening to liver flushers or potential/curious liver flushers.
I have completed 6 liver flushes total. With each flush, I passed a varying amount of green stones ranging from the size of a tic tac to the size of almost a quarter. My very last flush, however, I passed absolutely no stones. This was unexpected because I had so many each of the other times. A good friend of mine, known as lownskater52 on curezone, warned me that this did not mean I had cleared out my liver/gallbladder and that I could possibly have a stuck stone. This last flush was a week and a half ago. I have not had any different symptoms then normal since the flush. I have already started preparing for my next flush and have been drinking my apple juice every day. I have been eating my usual gluten-free and dairy-free diet and have been eating even healthier than usual.
All of this brings me to last night. I was enjoying my return to my college apartment. I opened a bottle of white wine and consumed approximately 2 and a half glasses full. I do not drink often, but I have never had a problem with drinking wine in the past. I felt completely normal at the time apart from the slight buzz. I went to bed around midnight.
The next morning, I woke up on my own at about 4 in the morning. I felt an unusually sharp pain in my abdomen. I took it as a sign that I needed to use the bathroom. I had some of my typical loose stools, but this time everything was bright green. Normally, the cramping immediately goes away after I use the bathroom, but this time it just got worse. I emptied my bowels but still felt constipated (which I never am.) I still had an intense urge to use the bathroom. I was having intense cramping and sharp abdominal pain. I have felt pretty severe pain before, but this was at the top of my list by far. I would alternate from the toilet, to the fetal position on the bathroom floor, and then back up to the toilet. At some points I could not even move the pain was so intense. I also began feeling intense chest pain and tightness. This was the scariest part for me because I have never really felt chest pain before. I tried to drink some water to see if that would help any, but it didn't. With complete desperation, I texted my friend about what was going on. He immediately responded and said that I could be having a gallbladder attack. He recommended that I take a tablespoon of Epsom Salts in the 8 oz glass of water (like I do for part of the liver flush) and then told me to lay flat and relax. I drank the Epsom Salt mixture and immediately laid in bed. I could still feel the pain, but I forced myself to relax. After a while, I felt the typical urgency to go to the bathroom like I usually do after drinking the epsom salts. I went to the bathroom and passed around 20 stone. These stones looked the exactly the same as the stones from liver flushes in the past. Some of the stones were smaller, but 3 were almost the size of quarters. I was in complete disbelief. I have never passed stones with just the epsom salt drink before. I went to the bathroom a few more times after that and passed a few more small stones each time. The rest of the time I just relaxed on my back in bed. The abdominal pain and chest pain almost immediately went away, and I have felt practically normal the rest of the day.
To me, this is proof that the Liver Flush is very real and to be taken seriously. These stones are not created from the olive oil/grapefruit juice mixture like some critics claim; I know this personally because I have had different results almost each time and especially this last time. After seeing the stones in previous flushes I already was a believer that it worked, but I was not 100% convinced that it was going to actually have much effect on my health. This morning, I realized that these stones can cause serious problems and that they need to be removed. I hope this post doesn't scare people away from flushing, but I hope it encourages people to help themselves naturally without having to get their gallbladder removed. I am definitely going to keep flushing by the book until I am completely rid of all my stones. No more cheating, and no more alcohol.
I appreciate any comments or feedback on what happened to me. I also am willing to help anyone who is interested in liver flushing.
This happened to my mom as well. One time she passed several small stones after using nothing but EDTA and MSM. On a separate occasion she passed lots of mossy bile after taking three tablespoons of lecithin. She also had been restricting herself from any oil too. This convinced me of the authenticity of Gallstones from liver flushing.
She had 4 hugely successful Epsom salt/oil/grapefruit juice flushes in a row, yet the following two flushes nothing exited except some grit. Sometimes this happens when the flushes are too frequent. She waited an entire month before her next Liver Flush and had her most successful flush to date.
Thanks for your response! I am glad to hear something similar to this also happened to someone else. I have been trying to do my flushes every 2-3 weeks and sometimes it has been a little longer.
A very eloquent description of a biliary attack where debris has left the gallbladder and entered the common bile duct. As these progress they cause the excruciating pain for which the only relief can be found by taking some Epsom Salts and then relaxing; as you have found out.
The most likely reason why you stones stopped on the last flush was because the gallbladder neck was log-jammed with 'floaters'. Below the floater, in the base of the gallbladder, is possibly sludge which often limits the functioning of the gallbladder.
In this picture you can see an extreme case of sludge:
Floaters which have obstructed the neck preventing the contraction of the gallbladder. This causes a fullness chronic cramping pain. When these floaters escape into the common bile duct they cause acute pain. Many other floaters have been removed from this poor gallbladder and the exceptionally large piece is sludge. This is not visible on ultrasound. Mostly they are much smaller; as in the following picture:
As the gallbladder expands and contracts it pushes the sludge together forming a compacted clump. The floaters will keep forming above the sludge because the gallbladder can't function fully with it in there.
Yeah, I have been moving in to my apartment so I have been lifting heavy things and going up and down steps and unpacking everything. Do you think that had something to do with it? Do you think the wine had something to do with it or was that a coincidence?
I have some anecdotal evidence that bending, lifting, stretching and exercise all effect the gallbladder. sometimes releasing pressure and sometimes causing obstruction. I first observed this with myself where bending and lifting would tend to cause changes; mainly causing biliary pressure discomfort 24 hrs later.
Wow! Thanks for your response. I can't believe that was happening inside my body. Those do look very similar to my stones although mine are a little smaller.
I had never seen those pictures. They are terrific.
You can see the calcification of those stones. Without preparation, they would be very hard to pass and leave inflammation and discomfort.
Here's an example of stones passed with only Epsom salt after a gallbladder attack, and days of abstinence from any lipids. The attack literally precipitated itself after some phosphoric acid and a few sneezes and coughs with skyhigh bpm in a matter of minutes.
These didn't float well. However, previous ones on EDTA and MSM did.
These are stones dissected in half from the seventh Epsom salt/olive oil/grapefruit flush. They look consistent with the gallbladder picture.
I wish more people would display their stones cut in half. I also want to test the next batch to discover the best substance to dissolve them.
I'm also considering purchasing a 3D ultrasound machine from China. I simply do not trust doctors to do their jobs with good reason. I know the USB blood pressure tester has been a Godsend
